Their service area has been great. I have taken my suv there for oil changes for two years and bought from them as well.

I recently purchased a 2018 GMC Sierra from Freedom Buick GMC, it was a great experience, Amy was very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.

I picked up 2 hours later and it rode rough. Pulled over and all lug nuts on passenger front were completely loose (tire was wobbly). Young guy said it was an error, that it wasn't ready. That (1) lug nut was stripped. Took back in, 6/14/25, now they're saying all (20) lug nuts swelled up and need replaced.... They quoted almost $600.00 for parts and labor. I drove to 3 different O'Reilly's to buy them myse Heading to Midland next time... Sorry but not sorry....

The sensor was bad evidently. But they wouldn't check the sensor. Next, I was dealing with George A. before and found a red 1794 Tundra I wanted online. Talked with a different salesman, had a test drive, loved it, took it by to have my hubby look at it, and when we got back to the dealership we waited and waited. Suddenly, the truck was sold out from under me, or/and George A. cancelled the sale because I didn't go through him. I don't know about you, but I spend my money with who, and where I want. No business has the right to tell me I have to use a certain salesperson or else. They continue to bother me with phone calls, text messages, and mail from their dealership. I've told them several times, in person, and over the phone I would never walk through their doors again. Yet they persist. I cannot express enough, to buy your Toyota from Midland TX Toyota!!! They are so much better than this.

If zero stars were available, All American Dodge of Odessa would have earned them…read more I dropped off my 2026 Ram 3500 with the 6.7L Cummins on July 19. The truck had approximately 31,000 miles, had never been used off-road, and had no impact damage anywhere underneath it. It was checked in on Monday, July 20. Service writer Garrett Merrifield left me a voicemail stating that the technician had diagnosed a defective DEF pump. Four days later, on Friday, July 24, Garrett called again and sent me a $2,742.69 customer-pay estimate. The diagnosis had suddenly changed: it was no longer the DEF pump but the DEF injector, whose plastic fitting they claimed had been broken by an "outside influence." When I questioned why the technician had initially misdiagnosed the truck, Garrett said he did not know where the technician had started. Their written estimate included two diagnostic hours at $540.80, followed by another three labor hours at $819 to replace the injector. After charging for two hours of diagnosis, their technician had identified the wrong component. I repeatedly requested photographs or any other evidence of the alleged outside damage. I offered to receive the photographs by text and provided my email address. Nothing was ever sent to me. There was no visible damage beneath the truck, and the dealership never produced evidence showing what supposedly struck the injector or how I had caused the failure. What followed was weeks of circular blame. Garrett said the dealership could only do what Stellantis allowed. Stellantis representatives told me they relied upon what the dealership reported. Each side pointed at the other while my nearly new truck remained disabled. The DEF injector is a STAR-controlled part. A dealer must diagnose the vehicle, open a STAR case, and obtain the part through Stellantis engineering. I could not simply purchase the part through normal channels, and transferring the truck to another dealership would have required starting the entire diagnostic and STAR-case process again. This effectively left me trapped at the dealership that had already misdiagnosed the problem. The injector arrived at All American surprisingly quickly. By then, I had lost all confidence in their technicians and refused to let the dealership perform the repair. I asked to purchase the part directly. After repeatedly giving me the runaround, the dealership finally agreed to sell me the injector for $1,205.91--but only on the condition that I either leave no review or leave something other than a negative review. Conditioning the sale of a restricted part needed to make my truck roadworthy upon my silence is the most disturbing dealership conduct I have ever personally experienced. I considered it coercive and completely unacceptable. I finally retrieved my still-broken truck on August 14, nearly four weeks after dropping it off. A coworker picked up the injector on August 19. On August 20, I replaced it myself in my employer's parking lot. The entire replacement took 12 minutes, including removing the debris guard secured by two 8 mm bolts and the V-band clamp secured by one 4 mm Allen-head fastener. All American had quoted three labor hours and $819 for that installation. All American Dodge of Odessa has permanently lost my business. Its misdiagnosis, unsupported warranty denial, weeks of deflection, and attempt to condition access to a necessary STAR-controlled part upon suppressing a negative review were completely unacceptable. Ram owners--especially diesel owners--should think very carefully before trusting this service department.

I needed a pre-owned car and went to their lot. Their salesman, Angel, convinced me to get a 2018 Buick Encore. This car was supposedly certified through their service team. I had the car 3 days, and the check engine light came on. Took it into the service dept and they told me they couldn't help me because it had gone off. Came on again and they put it in the shop for 6 weeks. Didn't fix it because when I finally got it back, I went to Midland and while driving back the transmission started to act up. Put it back in the shop and now they want to charge me 9000.00 for a new transmission. I paid for this car on 3/19/2026 and have had it for a week out of that time frame. They took advantage of me. I will never buy a car from these people again and would not tell my worst enemy to buy one from them.

Santiago.. What can I say about Santiago!? He does his job like he should; he sells cars. But, to…read moreknow what I mean when I say he does it with STYLE, you have to deal with the typical Odessa/Midland level of poor customer service and disconnect from "passionate about your job" on a daily basis, which I think we ALL do! First, about Santiago.. a week prior to my face-to-face meeting with him, I told him I was honestly in the middle of several things that needed my immediate attention a lot more than talking to him about buying a vehicle. He texted me a pic of his business card and left me alone. Once things slowed down for me the next week, I contacted him. We texted for 2 days about car/credit stuff. Then, we met at the dealership and it still wasn't smooth-sailing on my part. We weren't EXACTLY sure of the car.. Test drove several. We weren't thrilled with the trade-in offer..several attempts were made to make it just right. We weren't sure we could even afford the increase in payment..we were given ample time to think and talk it out. Santiago never once showed impatience. He spent countless hours with us and probably thought several times that he still wasn't going to make a sale. If he did think that, he never treated us badly because of it. There are 3 kinds of salesmen in the business.. The FAKE kind that you can spot a mile away and just want to run from. The kind that just, quite honestly, SUCK at their job because they weren't meant to do it so they have no passion for it. Then there's the third kind, Santiago.. GENUINELY nice, funny, diligent, comfortable to be around, and knowledgeable. He even offered to help in the future with bringing my vehicle in for oil changes if I needed it, or to just contact him with ANY problem, and he convinced me that he meant it! Everyone's experience anywhere differs from someone else's. But, to give a business 1 star when there are so many moving parts to ANY business just isn't fair, unless every single aspect of it failed. Just like when we go out to eat.. The waiter/waitress starts at 25% in our mind. It's up to them to maintain that percentage throughout our dining experience. If the kitchen didn't cook our steak properly, that's not the server's fault.. That's the kitchen! West Texas Nissan could be viewed the same way; many moving parts all working well together to maintain a rating of 5 stars: Santiago did his part.. 1 star Vehicle selection.. 1 star The "numbers guy".. 1 star Financing ease and efficiency.. 1 star Going above and beyond in every way to make us FEEL like we were supported throughout the entire experience.. 1 star 5 stars!! West Texas Nissan, I will refer everyone to your business. 5 stars!! Santiago, I will send my own CHILDREN to you when they are ready to buy. Thank you for doing your job with style!

Brian actually went to a different dealership the day prior to look at a used truck. The salesman there urged him to buy a new truck that was over our budget but told that it was "the best deal" and made to feel like buying a used truck is a bad idea. LUCKILY, my husband had the smarts to walk out. That's when I jumped online and found a WONDERFUL used, below our budget, truck at Sewell. He sent the company some texts expressing interest. After hearing back that the one I found was still available, he went on over to take a look at it and LOVED IT! He said he had a great experience with the salesman! Said he wasn't pushy and was able to give him what he wanted. The one issue he had was that initially he went to the (Regular) Sewell Ford... unaware that there was a separate location for the used vehicles. He said he waited about 35 minutes here before someone even came over to him. Odd because car salesmen usually pounce. (???) That's when he was informed that the used lot was over on 8th street. All in all, we are really happy with our purchase!
