I popped in in search of loafers, but found they were more sneaker/sport shoe than anything. They had varieties of other styles such as work boots, boots, slip-ons and sandals, but not business-casual style loafers. Service was very friendly and welcoming. When I let the Associate know what I was after, he was honest with their selection, but still showed me what they had that might work for me. The store is small, but well stocked. Prices seem fair and in line with other shoe stores in the mall. The space was clean and easy to navigate as well. Overall, while I did not find what I was after, this spot is worth a stop by when wandering around the mall.

I found a pair of shoes perfect for work, but they were out of my size. They ordered the shoes for me and they were delivered to my house about five days later for no additional charge (or shipping fee). Of course, I also walked out with a pair of their Desert Boots, which I love. They have a wide range of shoes, and this is a pretty nice Clarks location. If you're shopping for women's or men's shoes or boots, keep Clarks on your list. They might have what you're looking for!

This is the third or fourth location of Fleet Feet that I have visited in the Nashville metro area and the one thing I enjoy is how consistent they all are across the board from service to cleanliness, condition, and selection! I popped in here to pick up some 5K gear for an upcoming race and decided, when in Rome...and ended up at the shoe and insole wall. As I was looking, Allie, popped by and asked if I needed help. Walked her through what I was after and then off to the races she went. She was able to pull a few sample insoles, allow me to try them on, gave me the details of each, and when I landed on a pair, she trimmed them for me. She was engaged, helpful and super friendly. The store is pretty good size, possibly the largest of the brand in the metro area. I enjoyed wandering around, I like the feet scans and love that they have a dedicated clearance room! Overall, since I have started running, Fleet Feet has become one of my favorite stores, and this location is a good reason why!

If Johnny Cash and Southern hospitality had a baby, it would be this Tecovas…read more From the second we stepped through the grand double doors of this historic bank-turned-boot-paradise, we knew we were in for something special. The architecture alone is worth the visit, a preserved 1901 gem with rich wood, exposed brick, and ornate touches that make the place feel more like a museum than a retail store. But make no mistake: this store is alive and buzzing with charm, boots, and damn good people. We were greeted immediately by a tall gal (whose name I regret not asking) who handed my wife a sparkling water with all the grace of a Southern debutante. While my wife was lovingly coached through boot options by Suzie, aka the female Johnny Cash, I struck up a conversation with Bob, who told me the backstory of how he ended up with Tecovas. The man has stories that could fill a leather-bound novel. The entire vibe? Relaxed, intentional, human. No rush, no pressure, no chaos, just folks who clearly love what they do. That's a far cry from the hustle and bustle of some other Tecovas locations (cough cough South Congress in Austin). Even though this store has only been open a couple of weeks, you'd never know it. Everything ran smooth, the displays were beautiful, and the service was polished like a new pair of ropers. We walked out with a couple of small items and a whole lot of gratitude for such a stellar experience. Franklin, y'all got a treasure.

It's true there were other places you could find Lucky jeans, but having the store is so much better for a few reasons. Firstly, the selection here is much bigger, and if you're short like me, this matters a lot. They have the whole range of sizes in short length. It really bugs me when I have to buy jeans and then pay for them to shorten them and move the hem up. It's possible to have them look like the jeans you bought, but it's an expensive way of doing things. So I would rather go here and buy jeans in the right length, even though I might pay a little more, it's worth it to buy them and be able to wear them the same day. It actually ends up costing about the same in the end too. Secondly, I love wearing jeans, but I HATE the process of buying them. I can never find the right size and I can never judge how much they are going to grow when I wear them and I end up buying them too big. The salespeople here are so patient and they know what they're doing. They'll look at you, take you to the changing rooms and keep bringing you jeans until you find the right ones. They'll also make sure you buy the right size. It takes all the stress out of buying jeans. I bought some about a year and a half ago and wore them practically every day and they held up really well. I could do with another pair and I'll definitely go back and shop here.
