I asked one of the store associates if they had any gloves for sale and they did.... thank goodness! Even better, they were on sale and got them for less than $30. He could have told me $100 I don't friggin know anything about buying gloves and considering how cold it was going to be I probably would have bought them. The associate was nice... he wanted to make sure my gloves fit and once we found they did, he rung me up and I was on my way. This purchase was well worth it. When I was experiencing those cold days and even colder nights and my coworker without gloves was putting his hands in his pockets in a futile attempt to keep them warm, I was thankful to have bought my gloves at exoffico.

The staff is always friendly and help to ensure the shopping experience is smooth. CitiTrend: You can't leave Greenbriar without hitting Cititrends. As it was the day before Christmas, the store was super loaded. The clothes were all over the place in the men's section, however, it wasn't horrible. You could tell people had been shopping all day and the staff was doing their best to keep the store in order. It didn't take me too long before I found a few things I wanted. lol. I walked the entire men's section. Grabbed a few sweatshirts and headed to the register. I love the register area as it always has some extra quick pick goodies. The no exchanges and refunds is stated upon purchase and there's signs in the store- keep in mind this is a small business, not a corporation or franchise like forever 21, Macy's, or another store that has a different type of insurance and therefore different type of return policy. The owner himself doesn't manufacture the shoes or the clothes, he buys wholesale just like everyone else. He's not responsible for the shoes falling apart. I would recommend reaching out to the manufacture who could possibly replace them for you or at minimum offer to repair them free of charge. So I'll was next in line, walked upto return/exchange counter & I pulled out my phone to pull up my ROSS receipt saved on my Fetch App & the lady at the return counter...oddly told me she could not app looking at my receipt on the app as Ross has a "new" policy and they will only accept returns if you have a live printed receipt. I informed her that I had never had any issues in the past ever as that's where I now keep my receipts instead of a bunch of paper piling up. I was so irritated & this was such a waste of my time & efforts...that this was the start of a bad day gone wrong. Anywho... Today is Tuesday & sad I had to email the receipt to myself, printed the receipt out & made a darn 2nd attempt to return these items and this time...she let me slide and advised that "I'm going to do it as a courtesy THIS TIME but, moving forward keep your receipt." This lady went on & on about this is their new policy, keep your receipt for Ross as this will not be accepted next time. Today I came in to return the sweaters for LAST time because though we tried them on in store over our clothes the items still didn't work out. ALSO, the return/ exchange cashier, DEMEKA TOOK SEVERAL CUSTOMERS BEFORE ME (the ONLY person in the return line), then I had to run back to the car to get my ID. When I came back she had another person waiting in the return line while she took a purchase with a basket full of clothes, while we waited 4 people accumulated in the line behind me. DEALING with younger boys I wasn't even able to get my items refunded back to my account, because they threw away the receipt and one brother popped the tag. So now I have store credit to a store that NEVER HAS THE FITTING ROOM OPEN!!!! I am disgusted by the lack of communication, because I called you all to check about the return!
