My wife and I had a serious problem. We returned home after a 2 day get-away to find a leak in a waterline developed while we were gone. We contacted Johnson Plumbing and were able to get someone out quickly. They sent a young man by the name of Trevor and wow were we impressed with this young man. As usual he discovers some strange things the builder did when the house was built in 1998. Instead of just jumping in to do the easiest thing he evaluated the situation and explained what he found. Trevor looked the situation over and informed us on what needed to be done. I was full of anxiety over the situation. Trevor fully explained everything and put me at ease. This young man is beyond his years and my wife and I were so thankful for Trevor's knowledge, professionalism and concern for our anxiety. I would definitely recommend Johnson Plumbing and if you are lucky enough to get Trevor he do a terrific job and also put your mind at ease. Thank you Trevor for a job very well done being so professional and explaining to us every step of the way what he was going to do. I give Trevor an A+++++. Thank you Trevor Johnson Plumbing is very fortunate to have you on their team read more

Johnson Plumbing always shows up when I need them. Their prices are great. They get the job done while being up front, open and honest about what's going on. read more

Very good techs but the Pricing is too excessive, $200+ for 10 minutes, a smart pricing strategy and this company would take over the market, try harder. read more

We called mid-Monday afternoon concerning a toilet issue. Plumbers came out Wednesday morning. Prompt. The men were very professional, didn't mind answering questions, explained why we are having the issues we are having. They were very thorough. Didn't leave a mess. We appreciate the great service we received from these plumbers and company. read more

I used Johnson Plumbing about 15 years ago and was very pleased with everything. Very polite, professional, and great price. Everything you could want. This experience was just the opposite of that. We were doing reno to our basement and had them replace a shower valve, which we provided. We also gave them the tub spout we were going to use so they could make sure the copper tub spout line was the right length. They had to get under our house (full height, not a crawl space, with a doorway under the deck behind the house) to access the shut-off valve, then left the door wide open when they left. I never checked it until almost 2 months later when I noticed how much our furnace was running when temps got down to the mid 30s at night. Thanks to them, we could have very easily had frozen pipes under the house if I hadn't checked when I did. In less than an hour, they installed the shower valve along with about 4 feet of PEX tubing, 18 inches of copper tubing without checking the length for the tub spout line, left our door open to the elements, and charged my wife $500 (actually $550, but they gave her a 10% discount). About the only good thing I can say about this experience is that the shower valve works (that's why they got 2 stars instead of 1). Everything else was sloppy and unprofessional. Because of my previous experience with Johnson Plumbing, I made this appointment without getting a quote from them or shopping around for plumbers. Never again. read more

Johnson Plumbing - Finished product. The drywall had been removed before they got there. - Plumbing Near Me - Springdale, Arkansas

I have used Johnson plumbing many a times. There always reliable and they do great work. I highly recommend this company for any job.

I was experiencing block pipes...they came out, put a snake down my sink drain and said their was not any blockage...two days later continued blockage, I called again...this employee said I need plumbing underneath kitchen sink replaced and an air vent. I said I already have an air vent and he totally ignored me. Charged me for a small valve under the sink and left...Pipes still blocked and I have already paid them for work they did not accomplish. I would not reccommend this company to anyone having plumbing problems. And, they are way overpriced! read more

We needed some serious help with very old drain and shut off valves during our dishwasher install. They were able to send Tanner out within just a few hours. He was able to update our drains and get us all set up. Tanner was so friendly and professional. We will not hesitate to use Johnson Plumbing again in the future. read more

I hired Johnson Plumbing to switch out an old kitchen faucet for a new one. The men came on time and were polite and professional. They quoted what seems to be an average price for this area. They did a great job. They were patient and answered all my questions. Yes, I would call Johnson Plumbing again. read more

I had a clogged drain and a broken garbage disposal. I called around 8:45 a.m. and there was someone at my door to fix it by 10:30 a.m. They gave me a quick fix and even gave me a tool to help fix if the problem reoccurs. Rates are good and service is fantastic. read more

Johnson has been to my house this year. In January they had to.install a new water line from the meter to house. But they went above and beyond to install a shutoff valve just inside the crawl space door. Last week they installed a sump pump behind my house to prevent flooding - and it's already been used! Highly recommend to anyone needing help with plumbing. read more

I've used Johnson Plumbing multiple times every time they have been on time and very professional. I have referred Johnson Plumbing to my family and friends all were very pleased with their work. I highly recommend Johnson Plumbing. read more

Their price to replace out water heater was 30% higher than the next bidder and it changed the day the work was to begin. When I talked to the plumber by phone was got an attitude, roughly tossed my wife's cell phone at her and stormed out of our house slamming the door. Not only are the higher priced but their behavior is also unprofessional. read more

I accidentally flushed a plastic item down my toilet and had visions of a high bill since it was also a Saturday. Luckily, the gentleman was able to snake it loose and then flush it out. He was very nice and professional and took the time to explain what had happened and how he was going to fix it. The price was very reasonable and I am very satisfied with his work. We have used Johnson Plumbing several times and have never been unhappy with their work! read more

Water heater replacement was higher than expected, verbal estimate was elusive, did not itemize the bill, despite having asked for it.

I've used Johnson Plumbing several times throughout the years for my rent house. I love their customer service. When I call Johnson they can usually come out right away and fix the problem quickly. I can honestly say Johnson has saved me hundreds of dollars in 2013 alone. read more

My disposal was leaking so I called these guys up based on good google reviews. I wasn't home at the time he looked at it, so talked to the plumber on the phone and he told me it was broken, but that he had a insinkerator badger 5 in his truck, which was the best on the market and could be installed for $275. I trusted him and said go ahead. I then looked up the Insinkerator Badger 5 online and not only did I find it for $73-$100, this particular model is the next-to-most basic that Insinkerator produces and gets mediocre reviews everywhere. It was too late to cancel my order so I called Johnson and asked how they got off calling this "the best on the market" and charging what amounts to $175 for a markup and hour of labor, and he told me that no, insinkerator was the best BRAND on the market, and that they were not referring to this particular model. Also he would not give me a breakdown of the $275, and started telling me how they had to charge a lot because people mistreat their disposals, putting all kinds of junk down there, and then want replacements under warranty- which had nothing to do with my situation, it was just weird. I like doing business with local companies and understand that there a markup over Amazon or Lowes inherent in that, but I did not expect to get gouged so readily, and the service on the phone was really disappointing. I had given them the go ahead without doing my research, so I'm just eating the extra money as a 'lesson learned', but I will not be doing business with them again and would warn others against doing so. read more

I love Johnson Plumbing! They have the best technicians and friendly staff. I wouldn't use anyone else.

We have used Johnson Plumbing several times for different issues. I've always been impressed with their work. We recently used them again and was extremely impressed with our technition, John. He was so helpful and very knowledgable. read more

Johnson Plumbing is overpriced. I called them, told them what needed to be fixed and was quoted a price range for the worst case scenario. The repair guy showed up, had very little work to do, and quoted me almost twice what they had quoted me originally. I had to have the work done that day, so I paid, but I will never use them again. They are very polite on the phone, but one has to be polite when lieing about the price of services. Get quotes from someone else. They will try to overcharge you. read more
