As usual he discovers some strange things the builder did when the house was built in 1998. Instead of just jumping in to do the easiest thing he evaluated the situation and explained what he found. Trevor looked the situation over and informed us on what needed to be done. I was full of anxiety over the situation. Trevor fully explained everything and put me at ease. This young man is beyond his years and my wife and I were so thankful for Trevor's knowledge, professionalism and concern for our anxiety. Came back 40 minutes later and said the parts we had would not fit, left again to go to Lowes, came back and had a part to put the old faucet back on. Charged us for 3 hours when he was only here for maybe 50 minutes. Then to top it off, the faucet is so TIGHT, I would need a pair of pliers to turn it. I had two choices. They could add stop-leak to the line and hope for the best. The cost would be $360 in labor and $375 in freon. The second choice was for them to go under my house and try to find the leak. The cost would be between $1000 and $3000 (not including freon). I told them I didn't like either option and I'd just pay their call out fee of $84. I went out to look at the unit again and found a 4" diameter of something (freon?) on the pad. I called Nash Plumbing. He came out, fixed the leak and charged me only $537.50 including the freon. Call Nash Plumbing!!!
