DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!!…read more First off, Zack Long (the owner and I believe sole employee of the company) just moved here from Colorado, and told me more than once that he didn't know what the codes were here (of course, he didn't bother telling me that before installing my water heater). When he installed my new water heater in February (at a premium price), he apparently did it against code. The new water heater kept failing (I mean, no hot water - It wouldn't stay lit long enough to even get it hot), he tried a couple things, such as punching a hole in my wall (which was still against code) and replacing some parts. But instead of standing behind his product and work, he blew me off and blocked me when I inquired again. As this was for an Airbnb, I haven't been able to rent it, and it has cost me at least $25k in income. I am actually having to speak to my lawyer on Friday to file a lawsuit against him since he is refusing to stand behind his work. Also, side note - he also installed an outdoor water, spigot, which broke the third time I used it, either from janky parts or faulty installation, I'm not sure which. I also just noticed that he is now moving his business to Southern Missouri, after having just moved it to Northwest Arkansas from Colorado. It not only raises a red flag when a business has to keep relocating in such a short amount of time, but it also makes it impossible for him to keep up and be knowledgeable on the codes he is supposed to follow, etc., which was made very apparent during his work with me. Moral of the story- DO NOT USE ZACK LONG OR HIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO HAVE TO GO TO COURT!!!

Cannot recommend Zach highly enough. Speedy, knowledgeable, super nice and friendly. He's the only…read moreplumber I'll call from now on.

Jerry was incredible. Answered immediately when I called and I was lucky enough that he was able to…read morecome right over. It was a small issue with the toilet but one I couldn't fix myself. Took him no time at all. Very courteous and just a good guy that got the job done quickly. Will definitely be calling him again if needed.

Rusted out pool pipe needed replacing. Jerry showed up on time the same day and disconnected…read morepiping. He recommended piping be put underground, being late in the day he showed up the next morning to assess the situation and accused the builder of a 6 year old house that the gas line was 'not up to code'. I contacted the builder concerned who reassured me it was with photos and a video. He then reassessed the situation and determined it was ok then said he would be "right back". He never returned that day. It being day 2 with gas for hot water, i contacted another plumber. I texted him and figured he didn't want the work. He called back and said he still wanted to complete the work, but said he had 'emegencies' that day and forgot to contact me. I said that's fine but i need a fixed bid. He said he could provide an estimate but "didn't know what he was going to find" in the ground. Which is not a "fixed" bid. The new plumber showed up the next assessed the situation and determined that digging was not required and gave me a firm cost. They had my gas back on by the afternoon. Meanwhile, I told Jerry i would pay for the work completed as I felt bad. He showed up to my house without notice and demanded payment then as 'he had to be somewhere'. As I was out i told him i could leave him a check when i got back but couldn't magically appear at that moment. I ended paying Jerry for the 'work' he completed. A nice fellow, but not very focused on the customer's situation. He recommended unnecessary work ( a bunch of needless trenching) and needless anxiety (by suggesting my gas line was not up to code and the house may 'blow up'). And i spent $460 on nothing but grief and a 2 day delay. Wouldn't recommend. Find someone else.

Steve's responded quickly to our initial call. Evaluation revealed leaking underground pipe…read more Location of leak was performed by a specialist. Then, Steve's was called, informed of the specialist's marking of the location, and scheduled to return between 0900-1200 their next day for this repair. They arrived after 3 PM, Friday. They were not prepared; did not have the equipment or supplies or enough time to perform the scheduled repair. Needless to say, we did not schedule further work with Steve's.

I am VERY disappointed with their service. My home warranty service sent my work order to them…read moreafter the big freeze we had in February. The when I heard back from them, the best they could do is schedule an appointment a week out. When our appointment date came we waited all morning for them to arrive and got a call that they "were a technician short today and help wouldn't be available until the afternoon." I received a call a about 4:00pm saying that they were busy and needed to reschedule another week and a half out! I ask what was wrong with tomorrow and was told they were "busy." I asked them to reschedule someone else out as our new floors were buckling and delays would only cause further damage. They refused to help.., in fact, the lady I was speaking with hung up on me. I called back and a different lady answered and I told her that that the lady I was speaking with prior to her had hung up on me. She suggested that maybe I had been "a little short with her" to which I explained I was only trying to describe the severity of my problem. This company, from my personal experience, is sadly a total joke and very unprofessional. Thousands of dollars of new flooring going down the drain because they can't schedule their work properly. They were not helpful at all and VERY RUDE! I'm filing a complaint against them with my home warranty company. Mike Elam
