Had to call Paschal to get them to honor that. Then they claimed I did not have a 10 year warranty that I paid for. Had to show them my papers to prove it. From there I did purchase a service agreement with Paschal for 2 annual inspections. The first inspection they told us our duct work was old and dirty and needed cleaning. We had all new duct work put in when we got the new system from Larson just a few years before. All the duct work is still nice and shiny. I called them out on that. Not even an "oops our mistake". From there I had asked each time that they call the spouse as they work from home when it was time to schedule service or the tech was on the way as I am at work and not always able to answer my phone. They continued to call me EVERY time. Each time service was scheduled they would then call to reschedule because they were so busy. This would happen till I would say no your keeping my appointment. Keep in mind they are billing my card each month for my service agreement. Then the tech tried to convince my spouse we needed a new hot water heater. It was only 3 years older than the new HVAC system and duct work. The end came this year when we had to call again to point out that they had not scheduled service for spring in the middle of June. They Then rescheduled twice before I said no. Also still contacting me and not the spouse. So on the 13th of December 2025 I realize they have not completed our fall service. I feel that spring should not be mid June and the fall service shouldn't be halfway through December. Maybe I'm wrong. I decided I was done. I had to call 3 separate times to get the "meber service coordinator" on the phone because she was "the only person that cancell your plan" conveniently a few days before my plan billed my card. When I did get her on the phone I canceled and pointed out why and asked for my money back that I had paid since my last service. She tried to deny that. Had to have a managers approval. I asked her to get the approval. Here is where it gets good. She come back and tells me the manager said they would refund my money but I could never use them for service in the future. All because I called them out for poor customer service. I simply pointed out why I was leaving. I switched to New Era in Republic since they are the ones that had put in my water heater. And saved $90 a year on my service plan.

I had them come out to look at a leak in my laundry room.Turned out to be my new washing machine…read morewas leaking .They cut a hole in the drywall- behind the washing machine and also behind my water heater in my garage. So now I have to pay somebody to get that drywall replaced/repaired. I thought they were a great company that day becausethey spent 2 hours looking for the leak. So I went on there, monthly service contract for $34.99 a month. First guy came out to look at my hvac system. He said, I needed a new Hvac system within the first 30 seconds that he was here. I said really? Why is that? He said it's old. I said "I just had that whole thing redone/ upgraded last year, when I bought a new air conditioning unit, there's nothing wrong with my hvac system at all. It works beautifully, but he was adamant that the whole thing needed to be replaced. So that raised an eyebrow. ( btw you have to purchase your own filters that they replace) My last co replaced/ provided the filters free with the service contract. So then I had the plumber come out on a different day to look at my water heater. Same guy that cut the holes in my drywall. He said he could not drain it, he could not service it. He could not do anything. It just needed to be replaced right away before it "blows up". He said, I only had about a foot of water in there. And the rest was calcium deposit and lime scale . So he put a lot of fear in me. I said, okay, let's replace it. They put me on the books. They gave me a price. The price was gonna be $2180 for it to be replaced. I said, okay, let's do it. They put it on the books for next month. Later that day, I got a text saying, hey, if you get it done this week. We'll take $600 off. I didn't have the money until next month. Why would they send me a text saying? They'll take $600 off after I've already made the appointment and agreed to the price. That really bothered me!!! Also, they could not tell me anything about the NEW water heater. They could not tell me what type it was, hew it would energy efficient, how it was a good value? They knew nothing about this NEW water heater that they were going to put in. They never called me back about the water heater or answered any questions at all. The gal said "I will call you back in 1/2 hour to go over it with you ok"? All they did was send me a text saying, they would take $600 off. If I replaced THIS week, I canceled right away. I also canceled my monthly $34.99 with them. The gal said "ok your removed, you won't get billed for the monthly service fee anymore. I'm still getting billed!!!!! They billed me last month, November 20th, and this month, December 20th, and Ive called them twice now, and a follow-up text.To get that service ended. When I texted them and said, "hey, stop charging me $34.99. I didn't use you.I used another company who did an outstanding job!" ( WHITE PLUMBING is amazing btw) they said, well, you have to talk to somebody to get it canceled.I said," I have twice"!! I'm going to go to the better business bureau.I'm going to go to my bank and get this monthly thing disputed. Paschal is very pushy. They don't know what they're doing. Theres too many people NOT doing there job. I don't appreciate somebody putting the fear in me that my water heater is gonna blow up if I don't get it replaced right away!! The gal in the office LIED saying I was not on the mo. service contract anymore. But there still charging me!!!!Watch out for these guys. They're sneaky and pushy. They DONT KNOW WHAT THERE DOING!!!

The tech led me to believe the part's cost was that much before the work was done, while his boss told me that I signed an agreement ahead of repair (which I didnt) and that cost was for the tech's troubleshooting and part. Shame on me I guess, for not knowing what the part cost actually was and for trusting the tech and refusing the work being done! They hook you in with the promise of discounted prices snd labor but they manage to get their money back by gouging the customer! Don't fall for this deceptive program!

I had a nice gentleman come out, view all the work and took extensive photos of the fixtures to make sure everything needed was there to do the job. It was, and he said expect your quote to be sent to your email- okay, still all good. I call the next day, ask if the quote was ready, the woman who answered the phone said it was and sent it over. Everything was still great. I got it, read it, it listed all the work for 2700.00. I agreed and signed digitally to accept the bid. Then I called and scheduled the work- they were to come the next day at 8:00am, so far, so good- everything is going well, people are friendly. Then.... it all becomes like a bait and switch- The woman who scheduled the work for the next day calls me back to say I need to speak to the manager, the price is not right. And I responded , Okay, I'm good if it's cheaper but I SIGNED A CONTRACT for your estimate and scheduled- she just said she would have the manager call me. And then he did, almost THREE TIMES the accepted quote, and he was very "Sorry", but the estimate, signed contract, and scheduled installation was really not priced right. It went from 2700 to almost 8K- I feel like this was predatory business practices. They made everything sound great, made ME sign a contract to accept the quote, scheduled the work and then raised the price that much for the same job, same work, and say "Sorry". And when I asked why did they not honor the contract, the manager told me, they don't have to- in small print it says they can change anything at anytime if they want. They lured me in with a low price only to raise it exponentially, and "Sorry" doesn't make it right . If they were an honest business, and truly made an "in house" mistake- the company eats it and honors their word because it's what they offered at a given price. This is shady, bottom line. Clearly I will never do business with a company like this who has predatory pricing practices like this for me, their consumer. And the manager telling me he is sorry was just infuriating- he wasn't sorry at all. This felt planned to me , not good at all. I hope potential customers looking for a plumber in the Ft. Smith area look elsewhere so you don't have to waste your time, or worse fall for these pricing tactics.

He recommended piping be put underground, being late in the day he showed up the next morning to assess the situation and accused the builder of a 6 year old house that the gas line was 'not up to code'. I contacted the builder concerned who reassured me it was with photos and a video. He then reassessed the situation and determined it was ok then said he would be "right back". He never returned that day. It being day 2 with gas for hot water, i contacted another plumber. I texted him and figured he didn't want the work. He called back and said he still wanted to complete the work, but said he had 'emegencies' that day and forgot to contact me. I said that's fine but i need a fixed bid. He said he could provide an estimate but "didn't know what he was going to find" in the ground. Which is not a "fixed" bid. The new plumber showed up the next assessed the situation and determined that digging was not required and gave me a firm cost. They had my gas back on by the afternoon. Meanwhile, I told Jerry i would pay for the work completed as I felt bad. He showed up to my house without notice and demanded payment then as 'he had to be somewhere'. As I was out i told him i could leave him a check when i got back but couldn't magically appear at that moment. I ended paying Jerry for the 'work' he completed. A nice fellow, but not very focused on the customer's situation. He recommended unnecessary work ( a bunch of needless trenching) and needless anxiety (by suggesting my gas line was not up to code and the house may 'blow up'). And i spent $460 on nothing but grief and a 2 day delay. Wouldn't recommend. Find someone else.
