Unfortunately, the unit finally died a few weeks ago and I needed to replace. Franklin came out really fast to give me a quote. I had received a quote from another company that was DOUBLE what Franklin quoted. Franklin also really explained everything that would need to be done and had transparent pricing. They were communicative and came back within two days to install my new unit. The team that came out went above and beyond to make sure the install was done well. They even helped me install a part that was missing on the unit that caused a really bad leak from my AC a few years ago. They installed a new thermostat and helped me check for any rebates. Honestly they went above and beyond what I was expecting. They charged me exactly what was quoted and had great payment plan options. Every person I've been in contact with has been friendly and efficient. I'm so happy with their service. They made a big home repair feel easy and stress free. Highly recommend.
