After that had time to dry they scraped out old caulk and then caulked all seams in the siding, as well as around doors and windows. Then came the paint, which was applied well, sprayed and rolled as necessary. Trim was all hand painted. The crew was very good to make sure they completed the things I had asked for, like taking down the drain pipes and outdoor lighting before painting, painting those items and then replacing them at the end. Michel came to do a walk around with me to make sure everything was done to my liking. He immediately fixed a few very minor things that were spotted. I am so happy with the results! One of the things I appreciate most about Juan is that no job seems to be "too small." It can be surprisingly hard to find a handyman who is willing to come out for the smaller or random jobs that come up around a house. We've worked with other people in the past who were happy to take on the bigger, more expensive projects, but once those were finished, it became harder to get them back for the little things. Juan isn't like that. Whether it's a large project, a small repair, or just something around the house that you need help figuring out, he is willing to help. Most recently, we had a pipe burst in our downstairs bathroom, and Juan squeezed us in and got it taken care of. When something is urgent, he genuinely tries to be there. He has worked us in at the last minute and has even gone above and beyond after hours to make sure things get done. I also love that when he's at your house working on one thing, you can say, "Hey, while you're here, can you look at this?" and he'll actually stop, listen, and see how he can help. You never feel like you're bothering him or that your job isn't important enough. Juan, his grandsons, and the rest of his crew have always been kind, respectful, professional, and great to have in our home. After going through several handymen over the years, it means a lot to finally have someone we trust and know we can call--whether we need something big, something small, or something unexpected.
