Jack asked if I wanted to have the stairs done, which I agreed was a great idea. Doug and Jack came over on the cleaning day and did a FANTASTIC job! I know my bedroom carpet was a real challenge. They went the extra mile to be sure that they dried it several times. By the time I went to bed that night, it was almost completely dry :) Mary responded very quickly to any email I sent. I had asked the night before the cleaning if for sure could be here by 11 a.m. as I had a 12 noon appt to get my dog to. Doug was every earlier than 11 a.m. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
