Seven (7) workers appeared at 7:30 am and in one day they had removed 70% of the old roof; took 30 drone video shots to show me the detailed progress; and immediately followed up behind the tear off crew; to install 100 squares of GAF HDZ beautiful 3D slate colored roofing shingles. 6 dumpsters of waste were removed from the site; and at job completion after 4 days; the crew marched around and around the property with magnets looking for any roofing nails on the grounds. The price was very fair for the job, the owner contact Jason Easley was a total professional; everything in writing, and everything delivered as contracted for. Who ever has a GREAT roofing experience? I really did. RoofSouth of Greensboro and Eatonton GA are a rare example today of hardwaoring, thankful, and competent contractors.

He did measurements, and then made an appointment to come back and discuss the process. The discussion included the approximate time it would take to complete the project along with the different stages involved, and what was expected of us. It was truly amazing to watch each crew as they performed their "phase" of the construction. The workers were all professional and respectful. Each crew worked in concert with the other (weather permitting), and every phase completed appeared to be seamless. We were kept abreast of what was happening, and of what would happen next, and "John" was impressive. He was courteous, and shared details with us. He would also do follow-up to ask if a job had been completed, and to ask if we were satisfied with the results. I love my walk-in closet, and Sentry Construction was truly interested in customer satisfaction. The completed renovations exceeded our expectations. A few years ago, I had my septic tank repaired and bleeder lines installed but was still having…read moreproblems with the septic tank leaking from the top. Perkins Home Repair and Renovations came out and uncovered and removed the septic tank lids, installed two baffle tees, uncovered a portion of the bleeder lines for inspection, cemented the inlet pipe to the septic tank, installed the outlet pipe and reconnected it to the bleeder lines. He then recovered and leveled the dirt on the septic tank and left it in better shape than it was before.
