Almost $14,000! Since then BOSS PAVING has made my life a living hell. Every single week I try to get this guy to come back out to finish the job. He has every excuse in the book. His equipment is always broken down, he had covid for 2 weeks and everything in between. The owner is Rusty Harrison and he has cussed me out for asking for him to come back so many times. We signed a legal binding contract (attached) for him to put down 2.5" inches of asphalt. As you can tell by the pictures that was not done. In some places the asphalt is less than 1/2 of an Inch! It is already crumbling in many places. It has almost been 11 months since I paid this man a small fortune to do something that he was supposed to be the professional at. Very rarely he answers the phone when I call or text. He always says hes going to come back and stripe the parking lot and fix his mistakes but every week I am consistently calling or texting him with no answer. This company wrote their own contract of what they were going to do and took my money and have yet to make it write.
