They have separate crews for everything so getting people to show up was a small challenge that added about a week to the expected timeframe. Biggest problem was none of them took their trash away (or leftover materials). I was stuck with a truck load of drywall sraps to dispose of myself and filled my trash can with the remainder of the random trash generated by the rest. I would hire again though and just have a dumpster onhand.

Seven (7) workers appeared at 7:30 am and in one day they had removed 70% of the old roof; took 30 drone video shots to show me the detailed progress; and immediately followed up behind the tear off crew; to install 100 squares of GAF HDZ beautiful 3D slate colored roofing shingles. 6 dumpsters of waste were removed from the site; and at job completion after 4 days; the crew marched around and around the property with magnets looking for any roofing nails on the grounds. The price was very fair for the job, the owner contact Jason Easley was a total professional; everything in writing, and everything delivered as contracted for.
