His nurse that numbs your nose and inserts the leads did not wait long enough for the medicine to be effective and I about came out of the chair. After, the procedure I have a problem now with both sides of nostrils. I've been going back to try different ways to make it better. Even second opinion ent doctors have no idea why it's not getting better. Last week I went to Dr Goco office and saw Brett he didn't bother numbing my nose to look around. i told him when it gets extra juicy I usually have a sinus infection. He doesn't listen well. Then he ask me. Before I could say I finally got up a green with black specks he moved on to my ears to look in. He spent maybe a couple of seconds on my right ear. I told him that if feels like fluid and it hunts from my ear all the way down. He moved to the left ear for a couple of seconds. Then went out of the room when he came back Brett said he consulted with Dr Goco and they kicked me to the curb. That's how I felt. They referred me to Vanderbilt ent. I didn't know until I got a text that the offices were in Nashville. I can't drive to Nashville. It hurts my body to drive that far. Brett didn't bother asking would there be a problem getting there or I would have said yes. I wasn't going to sue but I believe that nurse needs to pay for the agony she put me through by not doing her job correctly. I'm actively look for an ENT lawyer. Didn't know that ENT doctors get sued a lot. I got on the internet and started searching for anything that would help me. I found an herb called Mullen. It's at Amazon or Temu. I got at Amazon to get it quicker. After just taking one I started feeling like it's working. The next morning I could already feel the effects. I could breathe better. The mucus was thinning. I scheduled an appointment and arrived at the scheduled time only to find out that there was no appointment scheduled for me. I reminded the receptionist about the specific conversation we had, and she said she remembered it, but somehow the appointment was not recorded. She then said that there was a cancelation at the same time I arrived and the doctor could see me right now. She gave me a packet of paperwork to fill out. 10 minutes later when I returned the paperwork, she said that actually the doctor will NOT see me as she needs to go home since her child was diagnosed with strep infection and she didn't want to expose her own patients. I was so frustrated at this point that I decided not to come back for another appointment. A few minutes later as I drove away from the parking lot, the receptionist contacted me to let me know that the doctor's husband was now able to babysit the child and now she CAN see me. I was completely shocked by continued back and forth lack of communication. I said I would not be returning. You think that's it? NO! The doctor then called me to let me know that in fact based on my paperwork I should not be seeing her at all and go to the ENT!!! I have ringing in my ears, if an audiologist is not the right place, then I am a total idiot. Needless to say, this is the last time I am going to this place.
