First of all, I like the fact that they are in the same office building where they were 8 years ago, it makes me feel like they are a very stable group that's going to be here when you need them. Secondly, I never felt pressure with my new purchase. These things are expensive, and my health insurance even paid for part of it. And they offer a wide range of pricing on units, so it's totally your choice to go entry level or high end, they had positive things to say about all the units. The staff have all been very nice, the office is very attractive, and I'm six weeks in so I guess I'm getting used to them. I can't say that I love my hearing aids, because honestly I still can't tell a huge difference in my hearing... but I also wasn't too horrible with my hearing to start with. That's the only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 - but they are all really nice to work with. So if you think you need a little amplification in your life, give them a call.

I got Kybella and after some discussion, ended up also doing Botox. I have always wanted to try Botox, but never very seriously. After takin to Brianna and Ali, I felt comfortable enough to give it a try. Although my results haven't shown up yet, I was extremely pleased with the care and quality of service I received today. I realized when I got home that I needed to lubricate the hinges on my doors immediately! I was able to hear crickets, birds, and the turn signal in a car again. Conversations are better as well. I decided to buy hearing aids with the blue tooth attachment as well. I am really glad I did, this helps my phone conversations tremendously. Pretty cool I can listen to music as well at work without anyone knowing. I am very pleased with the service as well. I was provided with a loaner pair of hearing aids while mine were sent in for service.
