I never thought at age 51 I'd be wearing hearing aids, and here I am…read more These guys did my baseline testing for my hearing 8 years ago, and when I thought things had gotten worse, I went back and now I'm a customer. First of all, I like the fact that they are in the same office building where they were 8 years ago, it makes me feel like they are a very stable group that's going to be here when you need them. Secondly, I never felt pressure with my new purchase. These things are expensive, and my health insurance even paid for part of it. And they offer a wide range of pricing on units, so it's totally your choice to go entry level or high end, they had positive things to say about all the units. The staff have all been very nice, the office is very attractive, and I'm six weeks in so I guess I'm getting used to them. I can't say that I love my hearing aids, because honestly I still can't tell a huge difference in my hearing... but I also wasn't too horrible with my hearing to start with. That's the only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 - but they are all really nice to work with. So if you think you need a little amplification in your life, give them a call.

After we got home, i looked at the one hearing aid giving her trouble and after a little research online had it working fine. maybe its just the cool springs branch but not impressed. Received another bill…read moreafter my insurance company's actual payment, but it was conveniently after my 30 day return period. Was told by their office that it was what the insurance company quoted, but was then told by my insurance company that they don't give $ quotes, just that it is covered under the terms of the policy. Looking at my policy, there is no way to come up with what I was quoted, but matches up with what insurance actually paid. Beware of the bait and switch.
