I haven't used the service for tree removal, however I did order firewood from them. Timely arrival and delivery in inclement weather, I think 22 degrees. Did an excellent job and stacked the wood where requested very quickly and professionally. read more

I'm giving this business two stars because they cut the tree down. However they rescheduled once and no showed a total of 4 times. The owner showed up twice once to lie, I mean reassure me the job would be done correctly and another to take payment. But he didn't come back to check the work. I had to send him pictures. The work order said tree removal with total clean up. I asked one of the workers how far the stump would be cut down he said all the way down. They left a three foot tall stump, saw dust everywhere and tiretracks, wholes and dents in the yard. When asked if it would be completed he lied twice never came back out and stopped answering my calls. read more

They came out to trim my neighbor's tree and asked if they could use my driveway for their bucket truck. I had no problem with this, the tree needed to be trimmed. Instead what they did was come in my driveway, take down my fence and drive through my perennial flower beds. They also said if they had to move anything like my table to keep things from being broken they would put everything back the way they found it. They didn't put anything back except my table. Shepherd hooks with plants on them were not put back, the plants they dug up when they took out the fence post were left in a pile on top of the plants they had not destroyed. When I called to complain I was again promised it would be taken care of. Instead I got a no call no show. When I called again the lady was very rude and told me I was getting upset over nothing. Finally the owner showed up and moved the really heavy things for me but with no tools he couldn't really replant anything and was just making it worse. I finally got some tools for him but it was clear he didn't know what he was doing or didn't care. Unreliable and I was told the reason the crew didn't replace things where they found them was because they wanted to go home - from the owner and they couldn't be expected to remember where everything went from the wife who was downright nasty on the phone. I still have the mess in my yard but I don't want these people back EVER! read more

Service came out and offered a reasonable quote. Unfortunately attempted to schedule twice, 1st attempt did not call to cancel due to inclement weather until 3 hours after scheduled arrival, second attempt had to call them 30 minutes after scheduled arrival time (estimate of between 8-9 a.m.) and receptionist said they are cancelling due to threat of rain. Receptionist very rude, stated will have to use other services for failure to communicate with us in a timely manner, she stated "I don't care if we do the job or not". Unprofessional, may be OK for someone who is home and available for them to arrive as they see fit. For those who work or need to schedule services, recommend trying another service.
