That being said there are a couple of downsides to this location. First, because it is the only automatic carwash in the area, there is usually a long line to get into the carwash itself. Sometimes prohibitively long. Second, the price for the carwash keeps changing (and it's not going down). It's frustrating for a couple of reasons, but it rally seems like this place just assumes that people will pay whatever the price is (and they're right). Lastly, the carwash is SOMETIMES out of order. Not nearly as much as the other previously mentioned Chevron on Coldwater, but it is frequent enough to be a nuisance. Overall though, it's nice that they accept Von's rewards. It's nice that there's an auto car wash. There are also vacuums. Gas is a little more expensive here maybe? I don't really know. It's convenient, and like I said they have a carwash. Have I mentioned they have a carwash? There's also a convenience store with a VERY limited selection. But it's nice that it's there.

I needed to get $35.00 worth of gas. The process was fast and seamless. He was very quick and helpful. All the pumps were working fine and the pump that I used was #7. There was a minor hiccup, and he fixed that right away. The gas station was very clean, it had a mini mart and was full of everything. Also clean and organized. I didn't buy anything on this visit. I usually like to get juice, snacks, and sometimes I play lottery. There isn't really much to say about Gas Stations except Thank You. He wished me a nice day and told me to drive safely. Their pumps never have receipt paper in them ( I have to get receipts for fuel), never, every pump. I would usually make a casual remark when going into the store to fetch my receipt that the pump is out of paper. I recently had to stand in line through multiple transactions to simply get my receipt, so I said it is really an inconvenience to have to wait in line for a receipt and he immediately raised his voice in anger at me and said they all have paper! I said they never do, he said it's jammed and wanted to take me out to the pump to show me. aggressively. Over 20 yrs I have been getting gas there and all this time it was a simple paper jam? I said just give me my receipt and he proceeded to raise his voice at me still wanting to escalate the conflict which I happily complied. It ended with a couple of choice words from me and a "I will never come here again. Mind you I said nothing about 20yrs of never having any windshield squeegees, water or paper towels available for your car, and No bathroom access as a standard daily business approach. Then scream at the customer for giving some feed back. In a day and age when every business wants reviews (which I never do) I choose to give one today. This is the worst type of owner, he only wants your money and doesn't lift a finger to supply the standard basics of a fueling station, and doesn't want to hear about it. Never go to this station. I got my car wash, and generally it's cleaned off fine. Just the negative is that you still need dry it a little bit yourself afterwards but that's what happens when you pay for those cheap washes. I have a Sedan so it may differ for larger cars. I didn't expect my car to look immaculate but it does the job in taking all the dirt out.
