I came in for something to drink and either matches or a lighter. My boyfriend chose the pre- made Mexican Hot Chocolate and as we approached the register, I asked if the cashier had matches. He gave me the most dry and dismissive "No" as he quickly tried to ring my boyfriend up. The store not busy mind you. So my Bf asks for a lighter. .... now... if i asked you for matches.. that means im not trying to spend money on a lighter so IF I have to I'm definitely not purchasing your most expensive.. which is exactly the lighter he chose... didn't even let us pick the color like most cashiers do.. he chose for us and rang it up. I explained that I was at his store to purchase because the ATM didn't give me small bills, he didn't reply just walked off likely to check that it was authentic, then came back & rang me up. I didn't count the change until I got in the car & glad I asked for a receipt. I was shorted a small amount but still shorted. I went back after running my errand & explained. Another person was at the register but the original guy could hear me. They didn't put up too much of a height that I did have to explain the situation a couple times. However, the second guy still do not give me back the correct amount! Just beware and count your change carefully before leaving the counter. Well I guess that should be anywhere, but I can't imagine how much extra money they make on the side if they do this to every customer coming into their store paying with cash.

Prices are STEEP, but I guess you are paying for the convenience so you don't have to go to the local grocery store. Another thing that I don't like that I have noticed is why is it that there are no prices marked on the items? Every time I have to go and ask the cashier or someone to find out the price of a certain item. Take the time people and please mark the prices on the products. It will be very helpful!! From picking up medication, to dropping off prescriptions, consulting information pertaining to any type of medication, or issues/allergies, side affects. They are hands on and SPOT ON! They will even get in contact by calling or emailing your doctor within minutes. I can't mention any particular staff member, since they are ALL SO GREAT!! I even got flu/shingles shots and they work like a PRO! They are fast, quick, nice, patient, helpful,professional,efficient, courteous, and they all work hard to satisfy everybody's needs. There is always a long line, but their fully stocked employees clear that line in less than 15 minutes. They almost have all medications/vaccines on their shelves; most of the time. I said fine that's not a big deal I'll buy Tylenol I said it has been approved before with no issue but no problem I can purchase the syrup version. Then all of the sudden like a week later I got txt saying the medicine was ready for pick up , I thought they couldn't process it right? I found out my daughter Drs found out that they didn't processed it so she reached to the pharmacy and just like that they processed it and I got it delivered. Which is good. Then today, my sister actually receives a txt saying she has 2 medicines: a lidocaine cream and Tramadol pills. She doesn't take those meds, she hasn't been to the doctor or anything. She calls the pharmacy and whoever answers her is in a rush and doesn't even acknowledge my sister. the only thing she said was: oh, thanks for letting us know bye! And hangs up the phone. My sister felt uneasy because she can see they have charged her insurance already so she just took a drive to the pharmacy because over the phone they just hanged up on her, at the pharmacy she said they told her: oh yeah we cancelled it and ignored her. They didn't even apologize or anything at all. They need either a complete new team members or just a hardcore training. They're horrible
