When you come in, you're greeted by warm smiles and positive energy. I've been here every time I come back to NY, and their consistency for making great sandwiches is unmatched. I get the Turkey, Roast Beef, and Provolone Hero hot with The Works (Lettuce, Tomato, onions, oil and vinegar) and it's amazing every time! One was wrong, the other 3 were okay. When it came time to pay I advised the girl behind the counter I had the Foodie Card, and presented it to her. She stated she applied it. I saw the price on the register didn't change. She stated it changed on the credit card machine. It did not, and she didn't apply the discount. I should've saved $3.20 on my bagel order today. She was extremely rude and dismissive. Nobody likes when their hard earned money is messed with. Based on my experience today, I would not return.

The cost is almost $7 dollars which is normal these days, but they literally put a half an egg on the roll. I was too far away to go back in and say something. My daughter couldn't even eat it because it was basically a $7 roll. There was hardly any cheese as well. My advise to the Deli is make sure you give the customer what they pay for.
