I woke up this morning to find the hot water heater leaking. Fortunately, it's located in the…read moregarage, so there was no damage. I did a Google search and liked the reviews on Pro Tec. I also liked that I called at 8 am, and by 2:30 pm, I had a new hot water heater installed. I don't think I received the best "deal" I could get on the water heater. I could have saved some bucks. However, with this installation, I received a 10-year warranty from the company, and they will come out and service the water heater for a small extra amount. My installer was Jaime V., who had great knowledge and a friendly attitude. He caught a small leak in his work and fixed it. As we all know, some would have just left; however, Jaime wanted to leave with everything fixed. I have had this water heater for just a few hours. If something in the future causes me to change my opinion, I will update the review.

I had a home maintenance agreement, including plumbing and electric, and they came out several times and we're never able to truly identify the issue. I ended up reaching out to Pro Tec and I'm so glad I did. They immediately responded on a weekend and sent a gentleman who was a master plumber. Not only were they courteous when I called to make the appointment they confirmed it immediately via email, texted me when the tech was on his way along with a copy of his bio and photo, and the young man also called me to confirm he was on his way. Jordan patiently listened to the experience that I had been having did a comprehensive overview of the situation both inside my unit and outside at the drain sites and was finally able to determine the root cause of my problem. All of this was done within one hour. My experience with this firm was flawless, and I will recommend them to anyone who needs assistance with an air-conditioning issue or any type of plumbing issue. It was well worth the weekend service call fee.

I made it very clear several times I needed anchors put in the wall due to weight of clothes and after 2 days of work being done the rack fell again and I could see he did not put anchors in the wall to reinforce the weight of the clothes. I have three racks and two of them fell again after work was done, just a matter of time before the other one falls. When I reached out to company they confirmed they did not put anchors in only added bracket but yet charged me $50 for supplies" which in reality cost $5. Did not even offer to make things right and do the work the correct way. Now I need to spend an additional amount of money to get the work done by someone else the correct way. There is NO EXCUSE for this if you are not capable of doing the work the correct way then don't take the job!
