An institution in this town that has been here as long as anyone can remember, which you can tell by going inside because it looks like a time capsule from days-gone-by, including the fading wall paneling, dusty paintings of flamenco dancers and a crummy little antenna television in the corner struggling to get reception. But for many of us this is a sign of true craft not to be found in any of these lame pseudo-vintage hipster beard-and-Nazi haircut shops proliferating all over and putting places like this outta business.
