In the service department It's typical for them to take over 3 days to start work on your car for whatever reason. The communication was awful with the female advisor when I took my car in for service on the engine. They had my car for 5 days and she never once called me, even after she told me she would. I tried to complain but the service manager was never available. My score is based on two out of three. I really wanted to give a 3.5. The quick service for maintenance is awesome. Great place to buy a vehicle, but unfortunately, my experience with the service department has been…read moredisappointing, especially when it comes to warranty work. They seem to struggle with having the necessary parts available, and scheduling has been a nightmare. I scheduled an appointment and, when I arrived, I was told they didn't have the parts and would need to order them. They rescheduled me for the following week. When I returned for the second appointment, I was then told the repair would take 2-3 days. I explained that I couldn't be without a vehicle for that long, especially since the issue was supposed to be handled under warranty. I understand that parts can sometimes be delayed, but better communication and planning would make a big difference. The sales experience was great, but the service department definitely needs improvement when it comes to warranty repairs and scheduling.

After a day Mike called me and said the painting would cost an additional $450 because it was a "special paint". I agreed to this since the car was there and I needed it back. In all fairness, I had used this paint shop several time previously and was satisfied with the work done. However, this time I was very dissatisfied regarding the quality of work and being told of the $450 increase in price. I did not take it back since I felt it would be a waste of time.

The repairs, color and paint job came out way better than I had hoped for :) There was slight orange peel on the sides and since I'm a bit of a perfectionist I brought it to Phil's attention. So FREE OF CHARGE Phil wet sanded the car after the curing period. That's right I said FREE. No other shop would do this, I'm sure.
