Lunch special with a 20 ounce soda, $7.99
    Peter M.

My wife and I stopped in midday and split their two slice with soda special for $7.99. Good deal and nice to have slice options instead of a whole pie. The cashier was friendly and helpful, too. We liked the dough with its crispy crust (an added treat when rewarming a slice); however, we found the sauce uninspiring and began tossing on our slices extra cheese, seasonings, and garlic to amp it up. I would be willing to try them again especially since they have more items in which I'm interested. Oddly, I cannot get delivery to Monroe even though Jet's Pizza next door delivers without hesitation. Hmmm.

I was in town on business and was in the mood for some pizza. This was nothing special. It had decent reviews so I gave it a try. To be honest, I didn't care for the taste. The crust flavor was just ok and the sauce was marginal. It's not an actual sit down restaurant. You walk up and order, get your own drink, and find a seat. It was clean and seemed busy, but I wouldn't drive out of my way to eat here again. If I was with friends who wanted to eat here then I'd go again. I don't want to sound like a horrible person, I just didn't care for it.

Delivery was pretty quick- Garlic knots were fabulous! My Stromboli was very good - needed a little more sausage . The Hot Hero with grilled Chicken was good but alas the Broccoli Rabe was not cooked enough and had to be removed. Chocolate Mousse was delicious. So were the Zeppole!! Just a couple Tweaks and it would have been perfect!

I loved the pizza and the fact that this place sells by the slice! I tried the regular slice, the barbecue chicken and white slice -- they were all delicious! You can't take this review lightly, I'm from Long Island and am very picky about pizza! On top of the food being good, I love the energy in this place. They had lively music playing and they were friendly as well. I will definitely be back!

Pizza was great! Thin crispy crust with a good sauce. Calzone was also very good! Looking forward to trying out more off the menu.

Her club was huge and stuffed with cheese and meat and really good looking bacon. My chicken tenders were big and well cooked and the honey mustard sauce was excellent. Even with them closing in a few minutes we didn't feel rushed or in the way. They were attentive to us keeping our drinks filled and making sure I got a box to take my chicken home for later. Yes their chicken tenders were good enough to want to take home. Hope to visit again soon.

I've also stopped by for dinner a few times, and let me tell you, these folks don't miss. The food? Always fresh and delicious. The service? Fast, professional, and somehow still warm and personable. They've really built a fantastic team here, and at this point, I'm pretty sure I qualify for honorary family membership. Someone get me a name tag that says "MSB Cousin." If you're ever there for Brunch when the "Big Stack" is on the menu, please try it. You're going to love it, and the many other brunch and dinner items on the menu.

The first visit was for brunch -- except there was no brunch. It's advertised as brunch, but the menu was dinner only. Pasta at 11am? We passed and left. So, dinner it was. They market themselves as Italian-inspired cuisine. If this is Italian, my foot is an eggplant. I rarely write harsh reviews, so bear with me while I go into detail. First, the cocktails. I ordered an old fashioned. The older gentleman behind the bar -- who I believe is the owner -- should not be making cocktails. If you're going to charge $20-25 for one, do it right. Invest in a mortar and pestle, skip the premade mix, and don't use bargain whiskey. Smoking the glass doesn't hide premade bitters or cheap bourbon. Second, the bread. No real Italian restaurant would serve this. My family and I genuinely wondered if it came from Aldi or Lidl with a dusting of flour to fake an artisan look. Third, the appetizers. We should have stopped here and gone elsewhere, but we pushed on. The calamari was rubbery, soggy, and greasy. The crostini was fine -- though it's hard to mess that up. Fourth, the entrees. I ordered the ossobuco. One look at the sauce and I knew this wasn't going to be right -- ossobuco shouldn't be sweet, and this was. The meat was okay, but the sauce ruined it. My wife saw my face and started laughing -- until she tasted her own dish. A real Italian restaurant should be able to make a proper tri-color tortellini. This one couldn't. The kids weren't impressed with their pasta either. The staff, though, were good -- no complaints there. Given how cramped the space was, we were genuinely impressed by how well they maneuvered around. In closing: beyond the questionable food, there was an off-putting vibe we might not have noticed if not for the manager's belligerence toward his staff -- we could hear him yelling at them in the back. Odd, considering he spent the whole time sitting at the bar while the owner flirted with one of the waitresses which was the only thing funny about this dinner. Overall, this is one of the rare times I'll say: avoid this place. Questionable food, questionable behavior. Our waiter, at least, was great.

People if you have had an original fire bake thin crust pizza you have missed the Best one Ever! We've been to Italy many times and I can put Inizio right there with a slice of Italian pizza. So very delicious and fresh. The nice guy at the counter is very friendly and helpful on drink paring with these wonderful piizzas. These guys work so hard and fast. It is entertaining watching them twirl the pizza dough in the air. If you want an original slice of Italian pizza this it a much. I give the pizza a 10. The one thing that I was a bit disappointed in was the sparsity of the toppings on the pizza, there was literally 6 to 7 pieces of sausage on my entire large pizza, not even one piece of sausage on each slice, i'd rather pay more for some more toppings but overall the taste was good.

This review proves you don't have to get everything right; you have to take accountability and make it right when things go awry--even when it's not your fault. I ordered lunch for my team from this location via the website. The website offered delivery, so I chose it to make my life easier. The order was supposed to arrive at 12:45 but didn't arrive until 1:06. When it did, the bag contained only 3 of the 12 entrees ordered. The delivery driver had another order with an incorrect name and nothing else. I went to the location myself and asked to speak with the manager, who was already working to resolve the issue when I arrived. She offered to remake the order and refund me for the trouble, which was beyond generous. Everything was exactly as ordered on the remake. I highly recommend this location, but I'd say opt for pickup instead. Funny (not so funny) tidbit: After the manager loaded the new order into my vehicle, the delivery driver pulled up with the missing food . The manager remained positive and reiterated that it was a pilot program and that they were still working out the kinks.
