I don't think I've dined at Johnny Rockets before. When my Sista from another Mista said that's what she was going to eat after a fun filled Play Playground inner child event experience. I was definitely game for some nourishments. There wasn't a line when we walked up to the Cashier/Greeter/Manager. Service was great, she was friendly, offered nice convo and overall was humanly kind. *Now let's get to the Burger, Fries (No Salt) thanks, and Very thick milkshake which was delicious might I add. The PRICES!!! GOOD GOOGLY MOO (my Grand-Daddy) would yell out when he was very surprised about something. Almost THIRTY-Four BUCK-A-Roos damn soon I'm gonna be able to get back my high school figure with these food prices Plymouthing the way they are Smdh. I can say, everything was tasty, and did the job but would I, Me, Sheilicha (speaking in third person). RUSH back to make such a pricey just aaaaiiiggghhhtttt burger joint purchase heavens NO. I'll travel to Gordon Ramsay's burger restaurant if I'm gonna ever pay almost Forty dollars (including a tip). I'd spend it wisely, that's all I'm saying. Neither one of us knew that's HOW MUCH the Casino and Hotels are charging outside of paying for parking $20 (non-resident) plates. This is like High-Way ROBBERY. Meanwhile I hope that LUXOR is able to get rid of that SEWAGY STINCH outside with how much they're charging folks to dine there. I'm sure the rooms with No POOL access are even more upsetting. Just a few extra things I observed while having the luxury of visiting the Luxor Casino & Hotel for an event.

If you need to start your work day before 7 AM like we do when we work the LAS airport, this is one of the only places open early near the Excalibur without walking or ridesharing. Service is alert and quick, but you pay a high price for basic food. Breakfast options all include some combination of their biscuit, scrambled eggs, sausage (meat unknown) and tater tots. All of them are over $11 with the big breakfast topping out at $20 for the American Breakfast. You can eat much better elsewhere at that price point, but do you have time? It was quick and it kept us going all day which is all we needed.

Bacon Cheeseburger: burger was good overall burger was too plain. Expected more of a flavor. (3stars) French Fries & Tater Tots: really good! (1star)

Got breakfast but it was just okay, nothing super crazy! The flavors were average to me & nothing super special, so don't expect a lot when dine here. Service was friendly & it's near the Food Court which is pretty convenient if you happen to stay at the Luxor!

Vanilla banana shake overpriced with nasty bananas
    Nicole W.

I waited 20 minutes for a vanilla banana shake just to be given a strawberry banana shake. I had to wait an extra 15 minutes for my correct shake while I'm on break at work not to mention paying $12 for a shake and they can't even get it right, no sorry no compensation nothing just attitude from the employees I highly recommend to avoid this place at all cost no customer service. No one was here they're slow. They're not busy and it took 20 minutes to get the wrong shake, and then another 15 minutes to get the right shake. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

Johnny Rockets was one of the only places open in the Luxor hotel for a late 2:30 am snack. I ordered a vanilla shake ($9.99) and tators (regular, $6.49). Based on what I ordered & the time/ convenience, I had a positive experience. I will say however, meals here were super overpriced at like $27 for a burger and fries without a drink. Drinks were expensive as well. I don't think I'd buy anything else on the menu because of that.

There seems to be a Johnny Rockets inside every hotel in Vegas, and they all open at 8am, so there aren't many food options early in the morning. I was waiting for the Shark Reef at Mandalay Bay to open, so we had breakfast here beforehand. I had the egg and cheese biscuit and some fries. The biscuit was really dry. It was $10.99 for this breakfast sandwich.

This is the no bun burger with fresh veggies. (Not sure if the tots are gluten free).

Gluten free review only: (The Luxor) My daughter got the the rocket hamburger with tater tots. We had to get the burger with no bun. We do not know if the tots are gluten free. The lettuce and tomato were fresh. The meal for only those two things was 20.00. Definitely not worth it. Not very gluten free friendly. Nothing else in the court was gluten free except a salad. Side note: my daughter is not as sensitive as I am.

We came on a Monday for lunch and it was still very busy. Be prepared to wait a little bit especially if you go during peak hours. I will say the line moved very fast and we were seated sooner than the estimated time. I would come here with a small group. Yes, it's popular but it's also very crowded so a large group may be hard to accommodate. As for the food, I gotta say the pesto focaccia chicken sandwich is the best one I've ever had in my life! So juicy, so tender. Absolutely delicious. It came with fries which were also good. The prices are not the cheapest but the portions are very generous! Our waitress was very sweet and friendly and even brought me extra pesto sauce. Highly recommend. Overall, great spot, easy going, casual. They also have a cool retro lounge area that is very fun to hang out while you wait. My only criticism is that the bathrooms are very tight especially for a large establishment but overall, great spot to eat in Vegas.

Got it with the strawberry. Honestly, some of the best blitzes in town. The cheese mixture on the inside is heaven. Taste like a cheesecake wrapped in a soft fluffy blanket again 5/5. Then I got the pork chops and decided to get them breaded basically fried with eggs. Gave this only a 4/5 because it felt like the breading was overtaking the pork chop. All in all, pretty damn great for the price.

It's a popular diner style eatery for locals and visitors alike and are known for their hearty breakfast with generous portions. It was packed on a Friday morning with a wait, but since I was dining alone, I was able to snag a seat at the counter for immediate service. The interior is reminiscent of an old fashion NJ diner which I grew up frequenting and felt like a little piece of home to me. I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak Southern-Style which typically comes with Country Fried Steak on two buttery biscuits smothered in their homemade gravy, two extra large eggs, hash brown and toast. I got the gravy on the side. Substituted the hash browns for breakfast potatoes and the toast for the grilled blueberry muffin (which comes grilled and with a side of fluffy butter) at no additional charge. I definitely recommend you do that because the toast is a bit redundant when the plate already comes with two massive buttery biscuits. You can also substitute the potatoes and toast for three large pancakes for no additional charge as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast and ended with a Coconut Cream Pie to-go for later. I even packed up the blueberry muffin since I was so full. While their prices have crept up in recent years, it's still a fantastic value compared to what you would be paying on the strip. Be sure to pay in cash to avoid a 2.5% credit card surcharge.
