(4.5 stars) I'd been curious about this food truck since I…read moreheard about them last year, and I'm glad that I got a chance to finally try them. Bao Yeah offers not only bao but bowls and fried chicken as well. Their ordering (via tablet) is convenient, and they turn around orders quickly. I went with a three-piece bao, which allowed me to sample the two fried chicken varieties (K*Bomb with gochujang and Garlic Gang with soy black garlic) as well as the bulgogi. All of the bao were amply stuffed with meat and pickled vegetables and slathered with tasty sauce. The thick buns held everything in place, so eating was not too sloppy an endeavor. Everything delivered the expected flavors - sweet heat from the K*Bomb, a tangier note from the bulgogi - and the fried chicken boasted a thick, crunchy batter. It was quite tasty though the chicken was definitely a bit dry. At least the bulgogi was nice and tender. All told, Bao Yeah is a promising newish addition to the Triad food truck scene. It may not be the best Korean street food you've ever had, but you're in for a flavorful meal without a long wait.

AMAZING food and GREAT service! My go to is the Holy Kow bowl and the Korean Fried Chicken with the K bomb sauce. I tried the Holy Kow Bao today- so good! We got a bowl, 2 orders of the fried chicken and extra sides of the Kimchi, bulgogi and sauces to go (so I could attempt to make bowls at home for lunches this week). The leftovers reheat perfectly and do no disappoint. You cannot go wrong with anything on their menu! Now that I know how to locate them through their social media posts, I can find where they will be next and it's definitely worth a drive to get some of the best Korean food in the area!

I didn't expect a food truck, to turn into one of the most memorable…read moreexperiences I had during my 1st visit to North Carolina, But that's exactly what happened at Taco Bros in Greensboro, NC. First off, this isn't just a random food truck. There is such an incredible story behind it. It's run by Gary and his best friend Alex, who have been friends since grade school back in Mexico City, Mexico!! You can feel that deep history in the way they run their business. There's a level of trust, energy, and authenticity that you don't usually see, and it trickles down to the entire team!!!Every employee I interacted with was genuinely happy, welcoming, and proud to be there (which says a lot) especially during these times. They've also set themselves up in some of the best spots around. I visited : 1) Summerfield Farms. 2) Oden Brewing Company. At both locations, you're not just grabbing food, you're getting a whole experience! Plenty of parking, plenty of seating, and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. Live music, dog friendly. The menu is simple, affordable, and done right. We got to try 4 different tacos, their queso dip, and their churros, and everything delicious! The meat was seasoned to perfection, super juicy, and full of flavor without being overcomplicated. But what really made this experience unforgettable? I got invited onto the truck to make my own churros!! let me tell you, that is not something you get to do every day. It was hands-on, fun, and honestly one of the most unique experiences I've had, collaborating with another business. By the end of it, it didn't even feel like a transaction anymore, we became friends! Taco Bros isn't just serving food, they're building up thier community. And that's something you don't come across often.

Overall the truck seemed very clean and hygienic for a food truck. The staff was incredibly friendly and organized. The food came out quickly and was piping hot. The prices are a bit high which is common for food trucks. Guac and chips was $10 and the chicken quesadilla was $14. One thing that would have been a nice touch was Jarritos. The chicken quesadilla was good but could have used a bit more seasoning. It was good sized and stuffed full of chicken, onions, peppers, and cheese. Overall we enjoyed Taco Bros and would definitely try them again at another event.

My husband ordered Carne Mechada Arepa and said it was absolutely delicious, very savory and tender beef. He had added on avocado for 2 dollars which itself was very reasonably priced based on the amount of avocado gave however, this item overall is smaller than he would have anticipated. I ordered Arroz Con Carne Mechada with a side of their cilantro sauce. I was very satisfied with the whole meal as the meat was flavorful, there was plenty of cheese, and the cilantro sauce just put everything over the top. I will say pricing wise, I was given a much bigger portion that matched a bit more the price point compared to my husband. I am aware with small business it may be hard pricing wise, but I do think with my husband's meal, it could have at least come with a side of rice included to round out the dish. Overall the food was great quality and the staff were nice and helpful. I would come back to try additional menu items.

I love yuca and I've never had yuca with rosemary & garlic oil but it was as delicious as I could imagine. They were oily of course because of the garlic oil but the flavor was great. I also had the beef empanadas and they were really good too. They're the perfect size & the breading tastes really fresh. I also loved the seasoning in the empanada. The dipping sauce paired perfectly with both the yuca and empanadas. My friend got a sandwich and I didn't try it but she really enjoyed it too. The service was good - food came out pretty quickly even though it was crowded! This is definitely a food truck I'll be on the lookout for again!

The Cubano was everything it should be. Made with golden bread pressed to perfection. Inside, the layers of roasted pork and ham were stacked. Made just right too. The melted Swiss cheese keeps it from falling apart. The pickles and mustard cut through the rich flavor by adding a slight tang. Every bite was comfort for the soul. I paired it with an NZ Pils from Joymongers and it was heaven. The beef empanadas were just as good. Inside, the seasoned beef was 100% flavorful. They weren't greasy and went well with the specialty sauce. Together, they made for a satisfying meal... it was enough to make me keep a lookout for their next Greensboro stop. Cheers!

We were seated upstairs in a front corner room, that was very cramped, and crowded with other tables, and apparently to make it possible to fit as many tables as they had, they were incredibly narrow. My wife and I went with another couple, and the tables were so small, the entire time, our we were bumping knees with our friends...very awkward. Additionally the front room tables don't have any of the vintage gaming systems that we've come to enjoy playing on past visits. Waitstaff were ok, but again, not as outgoing, or attentive as past visits. I honestly feel this front room is easily forgotten by even the staff. On this visit I got the brisket with hushpuppies as a side. The brisket was good, I do wish I'd gotten a different side, the hushpuppies were good, but got heavy after a bit, and made me feel a bit sluggish. In general, from past experience, the food is always great, and so is the service. I'll chock this visit up to bad day, I'm sure i'll be back to give them another try
