The exterior gives off just enough botulism and E. coli vibes to make you pause and reconsider your life choices before walking in. But once you step inside, things take a surprising turn. It is actually pretty clean for a classic greasy burger joint, and the staff were friendly and charming in that laid back local way that immediately makes you feel welcome. The second you open the door you get hit with the glorious smell of sizzling beef and French fry oil. It is the unmistakable aroma of cholesterol, poor decisions, and happiness.
