Overbooks his appointments so that you wait almost 2 hours to see him and then he rushes in and takes no time with you. Won't go back!

After…read moreyears of seeing other Orthopedists who gave me no remedy, only filled me with shots, Dr. B finally gave me a SOLUTION for my double valgus knees. At my very first appointment, he said it was time for a Total Knee Replacement and I am so grateful! The other Orthos weren't even long long at my knees, just pumping steroids into my knees to 'get me through', every three months, which was ultimately weakening my bones and making my knock knees worse. Dr. Bramlett is a solutions and action type of guy - he wanted to HELP me, instead of just pass me off like the others. What I like best about Dr. Bramlett is his direct approach and communication, no dancing around the problem, but doing everything he can so I get BETTER and get my life back! I'm two weeks out from my TKR, and I am already walking without a walker - and I am so pleased with his skill and ability. This man has done over 30,000 joint replacements, which is more important to me than having a doctor who just placates me - I wanted a Surgeon who can help fix my legs, so I can get back to living LIFE. That is what Dr. B has done for me, and I'm ready for the second leg, knowing that I have one of the BEST Surgeons in the business!

I couldn't be more pleased! The other knee will need to be replaced as well and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else

Efficiency and great bedside manner can coexist? Apparently, they can at Dr. McKeon's office. My…read moreleft wrist has been hurting on and off for six months. Since I was pregnant, my treatment options were limited. Before Thanksgiving, I called to make an appointment to see Dr. McKeon. She helped my husband with some wrist pain he had so I knew she could help me. They couldn't see me for almost two months but I knew it would be worth the wait. Parking and navigating the building was a bit confusing but I eventually found where her office was located. The check in process was quick and easy. My appointment was at 9:00 and I was called back around 8:55 AM. Dr. McKeon was in the room by 9:05 AM. She diagnosed me and gave me an injection to help. She gave me some literature on my diagnosis and told me what to expect and what to do if the pain resumes. For the first time in six months, I feel like my wrist is going to get better. I hope I don't have to come back but if I need their services, I wouldn't hesitate to do so.

When I told them I had Medicare Advantage, they told me I could not make an appointment, since I had not been a patient in the last 3 years. I asked to pay for my visit, but they refused to let me pay for the visit. I inquired why, and they sent me to Billing Dept. who told me they cannot accept cash from a Medicare advantage customer. The only bright spot was they referred me to an ortho group who would. So,if you are a senior on retirement, look for another doctor.

I realize that Dr Wolf has moved to Grandview but still feel the need to post this review of him…read morewhen I saw him at Birmingham Orthopeadics. I was hit by a car as a pedestrian February 8 2018. and was referred to him. He based my total medical care on the X-rays and CT from the ER. He sent me straight to Physical Therapy without any further diagnostic testing. Several weeks later I continued to not be able to walk on left leg and upon seeing Dr Wolf again, I was advised "it would just take time for me to heal". A few weeks later I was told the same thing and PA was very rude saying he couldn't believe I couldn't walk on left leg. Finally around 9 weeks post accident an MRI was ordered after asking for one to be performed. The report indicated a Glut- Medius year with possible tendon involvement. Upon a phone call to Dr Wolf I was told by his PA that the MRI was normal and was being sent to a Back Specialist. (By this point I was having severe back pain and spasms due to overcompensating on opposite side). When questioning what I was told, the PA yelled at me and said "I'm just telling you what the man said"! Needless to say, I was told by the back doctor that there wasn't anything he could do. Finally after months of not being able to walk or put any pressure on my left leg, I was able to get in with another HIP Specialist who in my opinion, was a God Send and my Angel! He immediately looked at MRI and said I definitely had a tear and needed surgery. My hip surgery was the end of July. I was told that the injury was much worse than expected and was in a brace for weeks and continued PT for 12 weeks. I finally was released from the Hip specialist in November 2018. I just want to make it clear that I had the worst experience ever with Dr Wolf's office and felt very judged and stereotyped. Plus I was progressively getting worse instead of better. Could that have been a result of sending me straight to PT and performing exercises that were making things worse? I am a nurse of 20+years and would never treat a patient as I was treated in that practice!

Doctors are excellent, but the support staff and billing process have been extremely frustrating…read more I received a "First and Final Notice" for a bill more than two years after my visit. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to reach the billing department. When I called the office for assistance, they were unable to help and simply transferred me back to billing, where no one answers the phone. To make matters worse, the note on the bill threatened collections. I attempted to pay the balance online, but the Phreesia payment system froze and would not complete the transaction. At this point, I have tried every available option: The billing department does not answer calls. The office staff cannot answer billing questions. Calls are routed back to billing with no resolution. The online payment system is not functioning. The physicians may provide good care, but the administrative and billing experience has been unacceptable. If patients cannot get answers to billing questions or make payments through the available channels, there are serious organizational issues that need to be addressed. Unfortunately, this experience has earned a well-deserved one-star review..
