I thought it might be an April Fools joke - but I investigated further and saw that this Margaret S. person is a review troll. I just need to be clear - I drive an hour to visit this office because the care, concern and services provided by Dr. Weber and her staff are unmatched by any provider in over 50+ years of going to the dentist. Not to mention her incredible chair-side-manner - the woman is smart as a whip. She nerds out over solutions and remedies and generally loves her job - which very few people can say they get from a dental provider. She is ALWAYS honest and always sincere. Yes ! You should go. It's seriously an experience that breaks all stereotypes about "going to the dentist" and exceeds care expectations.

They were so nice and accommodating at the last minute appointment. The day of the surgery was smooth and quick. The person who helped us at the front, Karen, was extremely detailed in breaking down the price and payment options. Nothing sucks more than an unexpected bill but they make sure you understand what you're paying for which is really helpful. They provided instructions and a "to go" pack of everything needed for the healing. About a week later, my wife was still having some pain on one side so we called to just make sure she didn't have dry socket or any complications. The sweet dentist who answered (unfortunately do not remember her name!) was so helpful and offered for us to come in and have her take a look. We dropped in and she added some dry socket paste and my wife was instantly pain free. Super helpful, friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend them. Extra points for having weekend availability!

The staff is amazing and so kind, the office is very new and updated and clean, and overall the feel of the rooms with the TV on the ceiling made me feel less scared. I came in for a couple cavity fillings and when I tell you I did NOT feel a single thing, I mean it. I never felt the syringe go in to numb me, and barely felt the vibrations on my teeth. Was so surprised to hear they were finished because I was so comfortable and zoned out on my movie. Dr Mattson is so incredibly kind and sweet. I felt so comfortable being in her chair. The dental assistant is also so sweet and let me know everything single step of what they were doing, from the x rays, to the check up, to insurance and financial aspects. They checked on me multiple times to make sure I was still okay and wanted me to feel as comfortable as possible. I cannot recommend Dr Mattson enough !!

Hands down the best dentist I've ever seen…read more I'm new to Tualatin so when the time came to see a dentist, I had to search for a dentist online, at the last minute, without recommendations, on a Saturday, all while in pain from neglecting my teeth. It was like someone was looking out for me for having found this practice. Dr. Travis Evans and his assistants were kind, gentle and very knowledgeable and I felt welcomed right away. Unfortunately, and I knew this would be serious, I needed a root canal. All went well and I was satisfied with all the work and really impressed with all the hi-tech instruments used. On another of my visits this year, I had to bring my 2 year old because I had no alternative. They were completely accommodating and let my daughter play in their play area. Their head dentist wasn't busy and helped out by showing my daughter how to brush her teeth on a stuffed animal with realistic teeth and gave her balloons. They even sent me a note to congratulate my husband and I for delivering our second baby this year. I can't think of many other places that are that caring. Oh and they did a great job on my teeth despite my neglect!

I will say this is the worst dental experience I've ever had in my life. Dr. Kim pulled one of my…read morelower teeth. Five shots and I was not numb and she told me I should only feel pressure. I felt every single thing she did to dig that tooth out and every stitch she put in my mouth. I cried through the whole thing. She walked out of the room after a traumatic experience and never said a word. Not an ounce of compassion. I had to go back in because I continued to have pain from the beginning of the pull until I went back in to have them pack it again saying it had dry socket, but the pain was always there from the beginning, so I'm not sure there was dry socket. And it's still not right. So next time I said, I want to see Dr. Ahn., since he's the only other dentist there thinking I'd get a better experience. But he basically was just as rude and when I asked questions, he asked me to be quiet so he could finish talking. Both appointments I cried, but there was no compassion shown. I still have bone coming out of my gum on the side of my mouth five weeks later from that pull that he did on two upper teeth. The only nice person in that office that I encountered was Jillian at the front desk. Other than that, it was a very cold atmosphere. Which is sad in a place that people are very uptight anyway. Dr. Ahn also said that I had a clotting problem made me go to the doctor to get my blood pressure checked before he'd see me again, and I got blood work to make sure that I didn't have a clotting issue. None of which I did. I will never go back to that hell hole or recommend.

Warm Springs Dental are crooks…read more I had an appointment in March, so I emailed them in February and asked them if I had valid insurance with them. They replied in writing that I do have coverage, so I went to the appointment. Now a week after the appointment, they call me out of the blue and tell me that my insurance ended last December, even though they admit they told me it was still valid in February, and they are not offering any adjustments or assistance even though it was their error. They also spoke to my former insurance on the phone and made some insulting and belittling comments about me.
