In the "real world," this would be equivalent to MAYBE a Motel 8, and probably not even that good.

How fortunate for us that it was the last night Topside was hosting guests for the season, since the municipality shuts the public water supply off in October. Yikes! The accommodations are charming and every staff member we encountered treated us wonderfully. I wish I could remember the name of the lovely woman who welcomed us when we arrived. Greg served us local beers at the bar, and Mark and Buzz (and family - Mom and Dad?), invited all guests to enjoy the last night of the season with hors d'oeuvres and cocktails.
