After she phone-interviewed me to get an understanding of my mother's assets, she suggested I use a "Small Estate Affidavit", which she prepared for a reasonable price and in a timely manner. Happily, my mother's financial institutions both accepted the Small Estate Affidavit and released the assets so that I could settle the estate. Julie was a huge help.
