We have never had a problem with the front desk staff, they've always been inviting and caring. I recommend orange grove ped to everyone.

I never have trouble getting an appointment (even same day!) and as a working mom of two toddlers in daycare/preschool, I couldn't be more grateful. The office is super clean, there are toys and books in the rooms to keep kids occupied (!!!), we are big fans of the "dinosaur room", and stickers/goodies when we leave. Every person I have interacted with has been incredibly kind and helpful, even when I was running a few minutes behind. Beyond this, and most importantly, the care my sons receive from Dr. Lane is unmatched. She places great care in explaining child development milestones and expectations to parents and thoroughly answers all my questions. She is super patient with my boys and I have the utmost confidence in her expertise and recommendations. As a NICU mom and as a mom whose son needed ear tubes due to reoccurring infections and hearing loss at 12 months, I feel so grateful to have found such an amazing doctor who places great importance on providing the best care for her patients. Although I haven't seen another doctor at this practice, I have two additional friends who also go here and have nothing but good things to also say. Highly recommend!

Then refused treatment for my son because there was an outstanding bill. When I explained that not possible we have state insurance. They wanted to forward me to a 3rd party. I explained we go to the hospital and to please gather medical records, said they couldn't provided until the 3rd party they sent my sons bill to was paid. I called them back after talking to.my sons state insurance and they told me to have them bill the insurance. They refused to try to re bill insurance and insisted I must pay cash or pay the 3rd party they sold the debt to. In all this they didn't even address my son immediate need to breath.

We have been taking our grandchildren to Casas Adobes Pediatrics, specifically Dr. Bianchi, since…read morethey came to live with us. Our situation initially was slightly different than most as we were not the parents but the legal guardians of these children. The office staff was very sensitive to the situation and helped us work thru the paperwork necessary to have the children seen by Dr. Bianchi. It had been years since we were in a pediatricians office. They have a well area and a separate sick area for patients. Our grandchildren, the youngest, has been to the office much more than our grandson due to her need to catch up on vaccinations. She knows now when we pull up in the car to the office, exactly where we are. Even though she has received numerous shots, she isn't afraid at all, just anxious to go in and play in the well area. The patient rooms are decorated appropriately so it is easy to distract the kids by pointing out the creatures on the walls. Dr. Bianchi and his nurse are very friendly and take whatever time is needed during our visits to answer any questions we may have. They also interact with the kids trying to ensure they are comfortable with what is going on. We have been impressed with Dr. Bianchi's insight into our unique situation with being grandparents raising our grandchildren and his keen insight into our specific grandchildren's needs due to their past situation. Instead of giving out lollipops after the visit, they let the kids pick out stickers. The kids like this and so do we. We feel fortunate to have found the perfect pediatrician for our grandchildren. We would recommend anyone needing a pediatrician, try this office and Dr. Bianchi, you will be glad you did.

We called and were first told it was an error, then they billed us again, then it we were told they did not submit it to our insurance properly. We were billed again, called and we were told that because there was a referral provided which we told Dr. Silva we did not need it, it was offered again by the office staff and again we said it was not needed, then they called and gave another family member the referral info which we did not request at all, that it was outside of the scope of a physical and considered another office visit. They did not tell us that discussing other medical items during a physical would incur another visit charge, we had a follow up a week later for lab results where those discussions could have been had which any doctor office would have done. The second office lasted 5 minutes! Instead of telling us, this was done to get more money from us and our insurance. We called United Healthcare and they were nice enough to call billing with us on the phone and the whole story changed to a bunch of items that are routing medical questions that any doctor would ask. They did this intentionally with the goal of making as much money from us. STAY AWAY!

I received a call one week before the appt to say the provider was leaving the practice in February and asking if I wanted to reschedule with a new provider. I did, rescheduled with a new provider for today, December 31. The appt was set, or so I thought. I called this morning to see what office it was at and was told I did not have an appt today with the new provider, and her next availability was in June. Since I had already waited 4 months to get an appt, and the next available appt with any provider was March, I opted out. The fact that appts were not scheduled when the scheduler said they were, even when I called back, is inexcusable. If this is front office behavior with a new patient, then what is medical care like? What would scheduling additional appts be like? Do not rely on this provider.
