They do not follow up or check on your children. They do not answer your questions or make any effort to help beyond the basic check ups. They refused to see my newborn during Covid unless I took my perfectly healthy child to an urgent care to be Covid tested. They are rude and disrespectful to parents. The only friendly one is the young man at the front desk. Do not take your children here. I took both my children out. They made me go to the office to sign a release and asked why I am leaving. I said would you like an honest answer. Doctor sanacore said yes. I said I felt abandoned when I needed help with my son's help and that the reviews were awful online.He said those are just disgruntled patients.. he's just rude.

Dr…read more Westrick has been my primary for as long as I can remember , and she is now also my sisters primary and has been since she was born ( she's 15 now ). Anywho I love this place. But it does get crowded of course , but children get taken well care of here and love. The front desk ladies are very nice and usually have last minute/same day appointments for when the little one isn't feeling well and you don't want them to suffer. They sincerely care about the child's well being to make them better. Dr.Westrick is the best! I have been seen by every doctor here and I'm glad she's always been my primary. Such a honest , caring doctor. Starting a very young age I have found her to be the person who I trust the most to open up too and that's great to have a doctor you can trust. She has changed my life in many positive ways. Also the rooms are very clean , I have never had an issue. However the only downside but every doctors office is like this , is the wait. You usually are there for an hour - an hour and a half total , it's a little frustrating but it's worth it to get the proper care needed. Also the parking lot is big so don't worry about parking, and they have vending machines downstairs and they have an elevator, and a lab so you don't have to go far with lab work.

The only issue I have with them: when I call their office I am immediately put on hold for about 5 minutes or more. Maybe they need more staff because they always seem too busy to take calls. This is especially frustrating when I take time at work to call them "quickly" to schedule an appointment or when my baby is sick and I need to talk to a nurse asap to discuss the symptoms! Other than the inattentive office staff, their nurses that call back and the doctors are AMAZING, patient, very knowledgeable and helpful. They take the time to discuss concerns and are very gentle with my son. If they fix the office staff issues they will get 5 stars.
