We started with Dr. Yasigian who was absolutely wonderful but has since retired. My children now see Dr. Peduto and Dr. Crotty as their primary physicians. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a pediatrician for their children. Karen is the RN on staff and she's been there forever. She's extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. All the nurse practitioners and staff are all very kind. Eastside Clinical is located right up the street in case you need to do labs. They are associated with Just Sick Kids which is on the other side of the building. It's basically a walk-in/after hours office that is staffed with nurse practitioners. It's very convenient for sick calls when you're unable to get an appointment. Edit* I realized this is the Smithfield office. While I'm sure this office is wonderful as well not that we visit the Lincoln office

I don't recall the doctor's name but she was terrible. she held my son down on his face very aggressively to look at his ears. he screamed and cried which he never does. i did not know she did this until his dad told me so I didn't get to say anything to her or anyone else. i will be calling and making a complaint about this.

Their calm, level-headed approach to treatment gives us a lot of confidence. Just recently, they noticed one of our kids had been to the ER and called us within hours to check in -- without us even reaching out. That kind of care really stands out. Then we were denied care for our newborn after they had scheduled an appointment for our baby because we had been "dismissed from the practice for being a liability" a week before they confirmed our appointment. These people do not care about children. We took our very healthy 17month old son in for a pinched finger and the nurse Caitlin had a lousy attitude. She was more interested in yelling at us for not coming to well visits we had never scheduled than dealing with his boo boo and caring for him. When it was done, she didn't give him a bandage or ask if we had any questions. She said, "this is not a walk-in". Obviously, since he's a toddler we went to our pediatrician rather than a walk-in but they don't seem to want to see your child if he is sick or hurt. They only do "well visits". We were about to have our second baby and tried to schedule an appointment for both of them with Dr. Fisher since Caitlin was a really uncaring and ambivalent provider. We tried to call twice to set up the appointment but the nurse manager was away on vacation and they said she would call us when she got back. A month later we had our second baby and scheduled her first appointment, and our son's 18month appointment from the hospital on Friday. The woman on the phone confirmed we were scheduled for an appointment on Monday afternoon. We called Monday morning just to confirm we were all set for later and the nurse manager said we could not come because we were dismissed from the practice over a week ago for "being a liability". The day we were supposed to bring in our newborn was the first we had heard of it. When we asked when this happened and why they didn't call, Jennifer the nurse manager said she called and left voicemails but it turns out they were calling an old phone number on file, not our updated one. She said she had a letter but didn't send it because she could not talk to anyone on the phone. So they confirmed our appointment a week after we were "dismissed" then turned our newborn away from medical care the day of. These people are evil and do not care about your child, just their bottom line. Bill insurance, get their co-pay and see $$. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

The only issue I have with them: when I call their office I am immediately put on hold for about 5 minutes or more. Maybe they need more staff because they always seem too busy to take calls. This is especially frustrating when I take time at work to call them "quickly" to schedule an appointment or when my baby is sick and I need to talk to a nurse asap to discuss the symptoms! Other than the inattentive office staff, their nurses that call back and the doctors are AMAZING, patient, very knowledgeable and helpful. They take the time to discuss concerns and are very gentle with my son. If they fix the office staff issues they will get 5 stars.
