I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a pediatrician for their children. Karen is the RN on staff and she's been there forever. She's extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. All the nurse practitioners and staff are all very kind. Eastside Clinical is located right up the street in case you need to do labs. They are associated with Just Sick Kids which is on the other side of the building. It's basically a walk-in/after hours office that is staffed with nurse practitioners. It's very convenient for sick calls when you're unable to get an appointment. Edit* I realized this is the Smithfield office. While I'm sure this office is wonderful as well not that we visit the Lincoln office

The only issue I have with them: when I call their office I am immediately put on hold for about 5 minutes or more. Maybe they need more staff because they always seem too busy to take calls. This is especially frustrating when I take time at work to call them "quickly" to schedule an appointment or when my baby is sick and I need to talk to a nurse asap to discuss the symptoms! Other than the inattentive office staff, their nurses that call back and the doctors are AMAZING, patient, very knowledgeable and helpful. His office is a good distance away from the city, but we feel it is worth the drive. If you make an appointment, be ready for a different type of medical experience. His office is in a closed off section of his home, his wife is the administrator and he is a quiet man. You will not see a bunch of sick people waiting in the waiting room, as he doesn't schedule appointments on top of each other. Often, we will see one family waiting and everyone has been really healthy, so we never worry that going in for a check up will get our kids sick.
