That was fine because Dr. Vieau was willing to take all 4 (even though she wasn't taking new patients at the time) and she was our favorite anyway. Why? Because she had agreed to come into the office on Mother's Day when one of my kids had an epic sore throat that had nearly swollen shut, and had come in on a Saturday late in the day when I was concerned another of my kids had meningitis so that we didn't have to sit in the ER for 100 hours. Dr. Vieau is committed to her patients and actually really cares. We've always been able to get in same day, and even during the worst of covid we were able to be seen. There have been times I've had 2-3 kids sick at the same time and we just all come together and we are in and out-no need to be there for 3 hours with back to back appointments. Efficient, compassionate, very respectful of each family's philosophy on parenting etc, and we've never had a single issue with billing or insurance nonsense. Our family is very very happy with Partners in Pediatrics as a practice and we love Dr. Vieau. We miss Dr. C for sure, but not because we've suffered a loss of great care.

We met with Dr. Keswick for her first appointment and we were so happy with our choice. She was informative, kind, and personable. She was able to answer all of our paranoid-new-parent questions and did so without judgement. We've visited her multiple times since and every time we've been given the same level or respect and understanding. It can be scary having a baby for the first time and having someone guide you through is invaluable. We love Dr. Keswick! Everyone at the office has been great. We've never felt uncomfortable and we've never had to wait very long. I've loved all of the hardworking nurses as well. We've also met with Dr. Mileikowsky and she was so pleasant. She was there with us on the day my daughter had to get her 2-month vaccines and was so understanding of my worry about my daughter being uncomfortable and in pain. We've received such helpful advice from here that there's no need to go into a frenzied Google-search. They're just a phone call away. I've appreciated all of their breastfeeding and general mom-care advice too. I never realized the important role a pediatrician would play in my daughter's life. These people are dedicated and trustworthy. Shoutout to all hardworking doctors and nurses that help new and veteran parents navigate the craziness of raising a child.

It always feels like a conversation rather than a doctor's visit. 2) We have also seen two other doctors, and they were also great. It's nice that the practice is large enough that if you can't get in to see your primary doctor you can usually see another one, and they seem to have similar approaches to medicine. 3) All of the staff are friendly and helpful. They also don't rush you out of exam rooms. They have offered multiple times that if I need to feed my newborn I can use the room. 4) The practice uses an app that allows you to ask questions, and a nurse usually answers quickly. It's helped me avoid some really silly phone calls. (Is poop supposed to be green?) It also keeps track of appointments, vaccinations, etc. 5) Billing has never been an issue. 6) Weekend hours are a huge help.

The only issue I have with them: when I call their office I am immediately put on hold for about 5 minutes or more. Maybe they need more staff because they always seem too busy to take calls. This is especially frustrating when I take time at work to call them "quickly" to schedule an appointment or when my baby is sick and I need to talk to a nurse asap to discuss the symptoms! Other than the inattentive office staff, their nurses that call back and the doctors are AMAZING, patient, very knowledgeable and helpful. They take the time to discuss concerns and are very gentle with my son. If they fix the office staff issues they will get 5 stars.

When my two children and I entered the exam room everything was fine, the nurse was doing her usual weight, height, etc. A few minutes later the doctor comes in and starts asking his usual question, during that time I tell him how terrified of needles my son is and what a difficult time we've been having and his refusal. At which time he exits the room without a word, just he'll be right back. A few moments later he Re-enters the room with a handful of shots behind his back. Well, needless to say my son got wind of it and started flipping out on the doctor crying and yelling because he was so scared. I immediately stopped the situation and told the Dr. that id like to do them another day when my husbands around. Literally, 2 secs later I was being told if he did not receive his shots right then and there, that we would not be allowed to return. I was speechless, all I was asking is that we reschedule a day when my husband could be there to support our son. Then he proceeded to say he wouldn't treat my daughter either, I left in tears.
