The Quality of care was excellent. The other Doctors that work for Dr G were also kind, caring and helpful if I had to see another Doctor if I couldn't see Dr G. My daughter was due in for a physical and the office waited until midday the day before her appointment to inform me of an insurance issue. They were not clear about the issue that needed to be fixed which resulted to the pediatrician office calling me back 3x and me calling the insurance company 4x to try and get the issue resolved. Despite the issue, I was clearly told that it wouldn't prevent my daughter from being seen. Come the day of the appointment, the issue wasn't fixed, despite my efforts - due to the fact of the miscommunication on the part of the receptionists. I was being asked for things from the pediatrician that my insurance didn't offer. Side note - I was 5 mins late to the appointment (my fault, I had to pull my out of school) and they told me my daughter wouldn't be able to be seen, because the issurance issue wasnt fixed (even though I was told it wouldn't be an issue). When I brought up that I was told otherwise, they switched it and blamed it on the fact that I was 5 mins late. They offered to put my daughter on a waiting list to be seen 2 month later at the earliest. I'm not one to leave negative reviews but this caused A LOT of frustration due to the awful communication at the desk. I'm here trying to spare another parent the same frustration - find a different office.

When she is there, she's running an hour behind and her service is subpar. Always will refer you to a specialist since she is so limited in her knowledge. When our older son was a baby, she made us go to the ER with him and he was perfectly healthy. Biggest mistake of our life. Worst doctor's office I've ever been to. Most of the nurses (with the exception of Michelle) are cold and miserable. Not sure why they work in a pediatrician's office if they don't even like kids?!? Worth the drive to go elsewhere!

The only issue I have with them: when I call their office I am immediately put on hold for about 5 minutes or more. Maybe they need more staff because they always seem too busy to take calls. This is especially frustrating when I take time at work to call them "quickly" to schedule an appointment or when my baby is sick and I need to talk to a nurse asap to discuss the symptoms! Other than the inattentive office staff, their nurses that call back and the doctors are AMAZING, patient, very knowledgeable and helpful. They take the time to discuss concerns and are very gentle with my son. If they fix the office staff issues they will get 5 stars.

The doctors truly care about…read moretheir patients (especially my favorite, Dr Madras) and the office staff does their best to get your sick kid in ASAP. Are they perfect? No, but what healthcare provider in this day and age is? Sometimes there's a little bit of wait to be seen, but that doesn't matter to me because whenever there's been an emergency my kids are always seen immediately and in non-emergent situations, by the time my kids are seen, the doctors always spend quality time with them. The only reason they aren't a perfect 5 stars is because there often is a wait if you don't schedule your appointment first thing in the day, but if I could give a half star I would. These doctors and nurses care about their patients and families and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Our family has grown with this practice, from nervous first time parents to older kids with crazy allergies and I've never felt like our kids' health and well being wasn't the physicians' top priority. Now I'm off to give them a call to deal with season allergy issues :)
