The only issue I have with them: when I call their office I am immediately put on hold for about 5 minutes or more. Maybe they need more staff because they always seem too busy to take calls. This is especially frustrating when I take time at work to call them "quickly" to schedule an appointment or when my baby is sick and I need to talk to a nurse asap to discuss the symptoms! Other than the inattentive office staff, their nurses that call back and the doctors are AMAZING, patient, very knowledgeable and helpful. They take the time to discuss concerns and are very gentle with my son. If they fix the office staff issues they will get 5 stars.

She had my son and I waiting for an hour because she said smelled marijuana.. it was to the extreme that she ordered, whoever to open the window in the room having my son and I freezing in 30 degree weather and I didn't realize it until she came in and mentioned that to us after we waited for over an hour. The cherry on the cake was all I came there for was for her to expect, which took less than 5 to 10 minutes. Unbelievable. On top of that she had the nerve to come into the room and say that we were 22 mins late when I arrived five minutes before my appointment and casually just says oh sorry. The only reason why I had to come here was because this was my son's doctor on-call, but I will never go there again. I did like the receptionist who was respectful and generous throughout my whole interaction with her I wish I remembered her name. She was a beautiful black woman with beautiful locks. Thank u again for ur kindness in that very uncomfortable moment. At the time I thought she was too good for that office but it's actually better for that office to have her there.
