It's always easy to get an appointment when your child is sick, (it must be same day) never had any issues with this and I understand this policy. The staff is nice. I see a lot of reviews calling them rude but I have never in my 7 years of coming here experienced anything like that. Not giving a 5 star review because the wait time can definitely be worked on. You can have a 9:15 appt and not get called upon until about 9:45-10:00 (am). They have more doctors now, I think that is something that can definitely improve.

This office has a coordinator of care that helps me, as a single mom of disabled son, navigate current goals, what we've accomplished and what's next. Dr Morocco can tend to run behind but when he's with us, he's solely focused on my son and his needs. We are there often bc my sons immune system is horrible- the staff at the desk, the nurses over the phone and med assistants all know my son, and make him feel safe when he has pretty significant medical trauma from surgeries etc. I know my sons needs are being met and my concerned are not ignored- actually the doctor always tells me what an amazing job im doing as a mother advocating for him, because he's come so far over his 5 years - if anyone's a single medical momma - that means everything to me, and it is rare to hear, so when it comes from his primary doctor, it truly means the world. I would 100% recommend Dr. Morocco to any & all. They're truly amazing group.

We left with clear directions and the surgeon called that evening to check on my son. We used the valet parking because he couldn't walk for and this was very convenient. The waiting room for families was comfortable and had an area to keep your bag locked if you needed to step out.

That was fine because Dr. Vieau was willing to take all 4 (even though she wasn't taking new patients at the time) and she was our favorite anyway. Why? Because she had agreed to come into the office on Mother's Day when one of my kids had an epic sore throat that had nearly swollen shut, and had come in on a Saturday late in the day when I was concerned another of my kids had meningitis so that we didn't have to sit in the ER for 100 hours. Dr. Vieau is committed to her patients and actually really cares. We've always been able to get in same day, and even during the worst of covid we were able to be seen. There have been times I've had 2-3 kids sick at the same time and we just all come together and we are in and out-no need to be there for 3 hours with back to back appointments. Efficient, compassionate, very respectful of each family's philosophy on parenting etc, and we've never had a single issue with billing or insurance nonsense. Our family is very very happy with Partners in Pediatrics as a practice and we love Dr. Vieau. We miss Dr. C for sure, but not because we've suffered a loss of great care.

Dr…read more Westrick has been my primary for as long as I can remember , and she is now also my sisters primary and has been since she was born ( she's 15 now ). Anywho I love this place. But it does get crowded of course , but children get taken well care of here and love. The front desk ladies are very nice and usually have last minute/same day appointments for when the little one isn't feeling well and you don't want them to suffer. They sincerely care about the child's well being to make them better. Dr.Westrick is the best! I have been seen by every doctor here and I'm glad she's always been my primary. Such a honest , caring doctor. Starting a very young age I have found her to be the person who I trust the most to open up too and that's great to have a doctor you can trust. She has changed my life in many positive ways. Also the rooms are very clean , I have never had an issue. However the only downside but every doctors office is like this , is the wait. You usually are there for an hour - an hour and a half total , it's a little frustrating but it's worth it to get the proper care needed. Also the parking lot is big so don't worry about parking, and they have vending machines downstairs and they have an elevator, and a lab so you don't have to go far with lab work.

The longest callback time for on call was 14 minutes and it wasn't a dire emergency I'm just a hypochondriac and I would rather be safe than sorry. Dr. Pasquarillo puts my mind at ease and always takes the time to explain everything from vaccines to how use a blender bottle to mix powdered formula because the formula can stay in little lumps almost like a brownie mix and the lumps of powder then pop in their belly causing gas. What a great $8 save for my munchkin when she would get gassy. ( also less gas drops to use, id rather not have to put anything unnecessary in my baby) Fast forward to 18 months old now and he's just as attentiveto my questions on speech and word recognition. They do not follow up or check on your children. They do not answer your questions or make any effort to help beyond the basic check ups. They refused to see my newborn during Covid unless I took my perfectly healthy child to an urgent care to be Covid tested. They are rude and disrespectful to parents. The only friendly one is the young man at the front desk. Do not take your children here. I took both my children out. They made me go to the office to sign a release and asked why I am leaving. I said would you like an honest answer. Doctor sanacore said yes. I said I felt abandoned when I needed help with my son's help and that the reviews were awful online.He said those are just disgruntled patients.. he's just rude.
