I hate this school. I moved districts in 8th grade because I was falsely accused of threating…read morepeople and the principal sent police got sent to my house at 8am for no reason at all. A few days later the prinicipal called my mom(Keep in mind I'm not a student at the school or in the elk Grove United district no more) to say that "I'm still threatening people online and to keep a eye out. " which is not true because I don't have any social media so there was no possible way I could do that. when the prinicipal knows I didn't do anything because he had the police check my phone when I was accused of other stuff I didn't do which I won't get into. Falsely blaming me for stuff I know I wouldn't do an I would never do and knowing how bad my mental health was. The counselor tries make it seem like they care about ur kid mental health but when I tried talking to them about how I was doing I was sent to hospital when I tried to talk to my counselor about my mental health. This school is terrible.

It was an alright school, I thought a few teachers were a bit on edge or really... Just too…read moreincompetent for me to put into words, but for the most part this has been my favorite school ever attending, it may have been because it was close to my home so I had a lot of freedom when going to school, the community, but every teacher seemed supportive and if you attend I highly recommend taking all the honors you can because at this school they're easy and give a lot of benefits in high school. Just a great environment and the facilities are well maintained. Pe isn't awful, though it could use a revamp, and I wish they offered language courses or more variety in band, perhaps an orchestra or Chinese Mandarin class would be great. Overall every teacher I met honestly seemed to really strive to help me, and there were a lot less fights than I expected, maybe a handful throughout the 2 years but they were dealt with fairly quickly.

They need to improve everything this school sucks ass especially when needing to drop off…read moremedication my sister just needed her inhaler bcs she said her breathing was getting slow and she was lightheaded. And I go up to the office a black lady came and helped me and all I said was she needs her inhaler bcs she says she can't breath I need a fucking form to be filled out for her to take it or bring it to school!? then I tell her well can she just take it in order to feel better and I'll take it home and goes no she has to be out of school to take it so I have to give her an early dismissal? this school is a fucking joke she could've gotten worse and yet they wouldn't care until a stupid white sheet of paper is filled out don't come to this school if you want to sign your children up. Especially if sick. Not only that they can't even hire cops or anything in this school to keep it safe anyways you know how many kids get into fights now a days!? And yet it's a suspension can't even expel kids anymore. My sister gets home and tells me how bad the fights are here and yet they don't care school is ass do not come here to sign any of your children up at this point a charter school is way better than this shit. Also tell your kids to always carry they inhaler if they have asthma and struggling in breathing like my sister because if you don't you have to go through a huge process just for her to carry an inhaler kids could die and they still don't care so fuck this school for real.

Venue: Luther Burbank High School Theatre [Sacramento CA]…read more Came here once on August 23, 2014 when I watched my hubby officiate for the first time a Sacramento Youth Football (SYF) game between the Burbank Titans and El Camino Jr Eagles. whoa... some of those 13-14 year old boys are bigger than him. Anyway, fast forward to 2023... my daughter and I attended a special event held in their school theatre. We watched a Hō'ike 2023 performance by Kūhai Hālau O Nohea. The size of the auditorium was very big and was nice that it's air-conditioned too -whew- because it got up to a sizzling highs 107° today. Cushioned seats were available on the first half of the theater closest to the stage which we were able to snag. This made it pleasant and comfortable to watch the show since the performance was three hours long. Non-cushion wooden seats on the second half of the theatre. I don't know what the capacity of the theatre was but it was a full house. Vendors were set up in the spacious lobby area of the auditorium. Bathrooms were spacious too. Nice venue. Review #3078

DONT ENROLL YOUR CHILDREN HEREEE!!! Teachers do NOT care about the student or their education…read more They're always degrading the students and it shows that they care more about their jobs. They don't even teach at alll. If you're not going to teach, then why be there? The school needs to shut down. There's no saving it, especially with all these teacher shortages. They don't deserve any stars but I had to give them one to spread awareness!!

For the record, it should be West Campus High School, not Hiram Johnson West Campus High School. We…read moreseparated ourselves from Hiram Johnson Main years ago, but for some reason, we're still associated with it. West Campus is its own school with its own independent scholastic program and achievements. This review is based on my experience at the school from 2003 to 2007, when John Becker was still the cool principal and vice principal Howard Mahoney struck fear into the hearts of students as he roamed the hallway with tedious dress-code checks, implemented during fall 2006. The school itself used to be a middle school campus, so it's smaller than your average high school. There's a few hallways and a portable classroom by the field on the edge of campus. Lockers were replaced sometime during 2005. Each class has about 200 students, all of whom must apply to the school. The selection process (which may have changed?) requires recommendations from middle school teachers, an evaluation of the student's standardized test scores, and copies of the standard forms and school transcripts. If you have a sibling already at the school, you have a higher chance of being admitted. The school lacked a football field. Instead, we had a huge baseball field towards the back of the school. Tennis courts were later built. The marching band pwned all :] I loved the music program at the school and it's all thanks to Mr. Ousley and Mr. Hernandez :] thank youu! There are bunches of clubs and sports for extracurricular activities. (I LOVE BAND!! WCMB!!) I adore most of the staff at the school. However, as with most administrations, there are a few disagreeable members :X Like what Kirsten said with her review, look at the college admittance rate for students from West Campus. They're all prepared for success in higher learning institutions.

Am i seriously the first to review here???…read more Take a look at all of the scores and rates about the students who go here who get admitted to college.... This school rocks. Each graduating class is about 200 people so it's definitely an intimate high school experience. The teachers really care about the students and are involved in their lives. If I ever (probably more likely that pigs would fly) have children and I'd want them to go to as fantastic of a school as this!
