I was referred to this place after I was injured and honestly there was hardly no offices open for patient care at the time. I disconnected not because I didn't need treatment I stopped going because I wasn't receiving the right type of care. The physical Therapist caught Covid and I was treated by the masseuse. I still remain injured but thankfully I found a Doctor who cares about the patients well being and not just about how many people you can overcrowd in a waiting area. Getting into an accident and using no-fault accident insurance can be challenging but the reality is that the pain the people suffer is real and therefore the treatment should be real as well. Don't get me wrong this is a very smart Doctor Who cares very little about quality patient care. Stay away there are good no fault Dr.s out there if you search.

I went to see Dr. Srino Bharam after having a bad experience working with another hip specialist…read more Due to this I was really wary of seeing another doctor but Dr. Bharam worked incredibly hard to make sure I felt seen and understood as a patient. He was very attentive and made sure I understood everything he was describing regarding my hip injury, taking extra time to explain to me and my parents over the phone. Dr. Bharam told me all my options but recommended that I have surgery as soon as I could in order to fix my torn labrum and hip impingement. This was a non-invasive procedure and I felt that I was in good hands. Him and all the staff, both in his office and the operating room, made me feel comfortable and much less nervous. I really appreciate the level of care Dr. Bharam took with my injury and he recommended me to a physical therapist he often works with, who took all of the details Dr. Bharam gave him to create an amazing recovery plan for me. I am thankful to both Dr. Bharam and Kevin Kay for helping me get better in time to play my very last season of Division III volleyball. I would recommend Dr. Bharam to other athletes dealing with hip injuries as I had a very good experience. He is definitely a doctor who will take the time to answer all of your questions.

(I like to refer to it as my new boviniscus). I could not recommend his surgical skill and bedside manners anymore. My aunt accompanied me before, during and after the surgery and she was very impressed with Dr. Meislin and his PA and she should know as she is a surgeon. I actually felt better the day after getting the new meniscus than I did before surgery. That was over a year ago and I have absolutely no arthritis, pain or restriction of movement. Some will say that ACL reconstruction should be bread and butter for an orthopedic surgeon, but I can tell you from experience this is not the case. I had my right knee done when I was younger by another doctor and the recovery was much worse than with Dr. Meislin. I know there are many options, but this guy is the clearly the best in NYC, and probably one of the top surgeons in the country. When I called them to find out what this charge was about, they had no idea what the charge was for (which unprofessional in itself). After they talked to insurance (which took another few weeks), they admitted that they wrongly charged me and would provide me with a check in two weeks when they got the money back from the insurance company. I tried calling them over 10 times to find out the status of my reimbursement, left countless messages and still no one was able to put me on the phone with the billing manager I was speaking to (named Michelle). I was hung up on by another administrator, called back and left a message for Dr. MacLaren himself, who didn't call me back either. Finally, fed up with this treatment, I decided to dispute this charge. They responded back to the claim lying that I authorized the charge. Be careful when dealing with this medical office! I am definitely wary of giving my card number in situations like this in the future.

I booked a house call on the Domus website and the next morning Dr. Gagarkin came to me, at my home, right on time. No commute, no waiting room, no rescheduling my whole day around a 15-minute appointment. In addition to the convenience of only needing 30 minutes for my appointment, the level of care was also above and beyond what I had come to expect from a doctor visit. Dr. Gagarkin listened carefully, asked thoughtful follow-up questions, and worked with me to land on a solution that actually fit my situation rather than a one-size-fits-all type of treatment. With my previous doctor I had to sit in a waiting room to be called, then sit in a treatment room to answer 20+ questions from a nurse, then wait in the treatment room after being told "the doctor will be in shortly". A few minutes later I would finally see my doctor for quick 5-10 mins while they rushed through a checklist to get to the next patient.
