When the technician arrived, my wife answered the door and he didn't introduce himself -- he simply stood there and bluntly said "you got a leak." After she acknowledged, he walked into the house without any professionalism or courtesy. He did not wear shoe covers or take any basic steps to respect our home. The leak detection diagnosis he provided turned out to be completely wrong. Based on his direction, I ended up taking apart a large portion of my kitchen -- removing granite countertops and cabinets -- only to later discover the leak was nowhere near where he said it was. This caused unnecessary disruption, time, and expense. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and incorrect diagnosis was extremely frustrating. I expect the company to review this situation, explain how this happened, and reach out to discuss how they intend to make this right. I will be documenting this issue and filing a complaint with Florida consumer protection authorities as well as escalating this to Mr Rooter corporate if it is not addressed. I would strongly caution anyone considering using this company for leak detection until this matter is properly resolved. I will update this review based on the company's response.

We had a narrow window to get the work done because we were leaving town less than 24 hours later! Josh accommodated our schedule and was at our house early the next morning as promised, on time. Extra credit for being very courteous. Josh completed both of our jobs done efficiently and professionally, no fuss, no mess. When the bill was presented, it was well within what he had told us to expect, so no painful surprise there either. It was a great experience all around. My only regret is that we did not properly tip him. I will have to remember to be more generous the next time we hire him. And there will definitely be a next time.

They took off the toilet bowl to snake from the bathroom to the rest of the house. So when they camerad and snaked the line, they told me i had this flat spot in the line. I have been here for 4 years and never had a problem. They told me it was grease and its the flat spot. Ok so they come back out after I get back from vacation and its doing it again. I asked them to check the vents in the roof as I was reading a lot online about this. They said that wouldn't be the problem. I call them they come out and put a vent under my kitchen sink (said the old one went bad) and said they dont see an issue aside from the flat spot. Again with the flat spot in the line. Keep in mind its 82 feet away from where the problem is and its 0 degrees for literally 6 inches. Then it goes back to 1-4% respectively. So it gets backed up again today and i guess they dont warranty their service, because the dude on FB tells me its cause of the flat spot. Lines dont just get more flat over 5 months and keep getting more flat, if anything it would settle and the flat spot NOW would become a pitch. Told me they would come out and charge me to check the line. They might be good at something other than blaming everything on a flat spot. Flat spot. Jesus, how many flat spots. Run the camera again and tell me where the flat spot is? Wheres the problem? It's only when I use my kitchen sink, not when I flush toilets. Hmmm flat spot tho. Yeah no thanks. Turns out David gray comes out yesterday to find out that sure enough, birds nest in the venting. I asked them about this and they said no it's the flat spot in the line. AVOID this company
