I came here maybe a dozen times more. Lived here for a couple years. I come here for a cheap hair cut its 18$ or whatever. Never got any WOW cuts. But man i never got burned. Roger the guy by the window, he usually does the best. I ask for him. Wow today he said " meduim fade" when i said just trim it. He suggested that. Man he took off alllllllll my hair on my sides. What fade??????? Wheres the blend? Looks like a miltary hair cut almost. Wow. I look like a joke. Clown. Top way to high. I dont get what he did. Went in a few days ago for a haircut before heading back to school. I asked for a slickback with a high fade, they gave me a low fade and a slickforward. My son usually goes to Imperial Barber shop, but his Barber was booked and couldn't fit my son before we left town. I was recommended here, and needless to say, this place was very disappointing. My son has a perfect lined mohawk before we walked in , and this lady just trimmed his hair in a lazy fast way. She didn't take the time and she pulled my son's hair. I've always came here to get a hair cut even before the pandemic and it was always a good place to go until very recently and it's this one guy with the head phones NEVER LET HIM CUT YOUR HAIR I never asked his name but He was immediately giving me an uncomfortable feeling and was very rough with me I hated him he even took a phone call while cutting my hair and when I tell you I asked for a medium fade and an inch off the top this man gives me a high fade and cuts off nearly 2/3's of my hair!! The cut and the wait was not bad. Customer service is BAD. All they do talk about their customers in their language, so that we don't understand. No one wanted to cut my son's hair because he is a toddler, but they wouldn't just be straight up from the beginning. The guy that DID agree to cut my son's hair, refused to tell me his name. All he did was talk bad and laugh at us as we paid and walked out. Won't be going back to this place, where they treat people like crap. I'll take my money somewhere else. read more

The haircuts here are quick. High fade, short on top and in a few minutes you'll be out the door. The only problem I have with this place is a lack of checking in. When you step through their doors you have to make sure you memorize the people that were there before you and the ones that came in after you. If you don't then you'll be skipped. Ended up stopping by here one day as I searched around the neighborhood for barber shops. Lucky of me to do so, because it is now my go to place now for whenever i need a nice fade. The barbers know what they are doing and the haircuts are great! Least to say I am so glad i found this place. They are also one of the few that are open on Sundays!! read more

Just recently moved to Santa Fe Springs and you can't go wrong with a haircut here. Anyone who cuts your hair is good and there's always at least 4-5 barbers so they move quick. Great haircuts for a ridiculous good price. read more

I am giving this place a two stars not because the price and or the haircuts. Just the customer service is terrible. They don't have a list to sign in so there are times where they pass you up and forgotten. I went in with my son on a Saturday and they passed me up and I told the barber my son is next and he told me I can wait. I told him look man I have been waiting for a while and so not appreciate you passing me up for someone who waited less. They just spoke bad about me in Vietnamese. I have seen this happen many times where they want to rush to the next customer and forget about who comes in and who is next. Seen customers fighting about who is next and who has waited longer. I used to go to this place a lot, the two young guys in the back are great. Can't say the same for everybody, guy in front cut my hair, just told him I wanted a "low taper fade", and he kept cutting my hair unevenly with the line not straight at all. He kept insisting I get a higher taper each time he attempted to fix it(which I might as well asked for a high taper). After about 4 tries he sent me to his colleague barber. She wasn't much help: hair came out buzzed, uneven, glob of gel to cover it up. Whole thing took 2 hours. Once I asked if I could have a small discount for the mess ups and wait, owner looked at me like I was crazy, blamed me for not choosing a picture on the wall, and proceeded with, "Don't come back." Still left a tip though. read more
