Taariyq the owner came out for an estimate a few months ago, he was on time (despite a snow storm) and was quick with his communication. They pay very close attention to all detail and work extremely hard to make sure the work is completed on time. These are the types of businesses you have no qualms about giving your business to. I know for a fact that I will be using them again for some future flooring work I need to get done around the house. If you are looking for flooring work, look no further than this place. I am writing this review nearly three years after Crown Flooring worked on my home in Wallingford,…read morePA. Crown Flooring installed Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) all through the lower level, and sanded and stained my hardwood floors all through the upper level of my home. Additionally, Ken and his crew replaced nearly all of my baseboard and quarter round, and all of my interior doors. This work was done in November - December of 2019. Three years later, and all of this work still looks like it was completed yesterday. My floors - the LVP and the hardwood floors are gorgeous. When people come over, to include people giving me estimates for other projects, I still get a lot of compliments, and some ask who did the work. Long story short, I highly recommend Crown Flooring. They do phenomenal work, complete it on schedule, and they do not price gouge you. I will be glad to provide before and after pictures for anyone who wants to see them. My wife and I have a projects that we are discussing. When we move forward with these projects, we will only call Crown Flooring to install the floors. Mike from Wallingford

I waited to do the upstairs because I wasn't sure I'd want the same carpet. It looked so good downstairs, I ordered it for the upstairs where it looks even better. The crew did an exceptional job working very hard for an entire day during installation. Upstairs too had some difficulties with speaker wire that goes down stairs, two small closets with lower floors, lots of cut outs, and closet build-outs. It looks great and I can see no berber seams - unlike my previous installation! I had a friend I tried to help who wanted tile but she ended up delaying. Two years later I find out that she too went to Crown Flooring and Rick helped her find a wood flooring that would match and she is very happy.

Kevin showed up for the estimate when he said he would, and had the estimate out to me promptly. His price was fair, so we set a date for the install, and he was there when he said he would be. He and his helper were friendly and professional through the process and took extra steps to protect our house during the work - putting down many drop cloths, taping up vents and cabinets during demolition. Trust me. If you want to know more, read on.... I was introduced to Love Tile and Marble through a claim with my home owner's insurance. Kevin and his team were sent out as sub-contractors for the tile repair. The insurance company paired us with a project manager to handle all aspects of the demolition and re-building of our two bathrooms. Long story short - we had a terrible experience with that project manager, and their other sub-contractors (the electrician, plumber, etc). The ONLY positive experience we had through the entire process was with Love Tile and Marble. Their workmanship was superior. They showed professionalism. And just as important, they showed respect for my home. These guys put down canvas to protect my hardwood floors and wiped their boots on the mat before they came in. It may seem like small gestures. But, through the 3 months of hellish renovations and dozens of contractors in and out of my home, the respectful ones stand out. After choosing my new floor tile, Kevin made suggestions on the pattern because of the imperfections in the tile (1/3 pattern, as opposed to the 1/2 pattern I originally wanted). I agreed with his suggestion and the floors came out beautifully! We also hired him again for other work, since we were so happy with his previous work. Bottom line - Kevin and his team are utterly fantastic. Fair and reasonable prices for top quality workmanship (which I can personally attest - is tough to find these days).
