I've been going to Dr. Harbison since he first opened his practice. He has performed my buccal fat removal, liposuction under the chin and jawline with tightening of the muscle, permalip implants, chin reduction (which included removing tissue and shaving down the bone to reduce the appearance of a protruding "witch chin"), forehead reduction with brow lift, plus deep laser resurfacing and multiple rounds of filler and botox. He was even there to help me with complications I had from a procedure I went out of state for (and only because it was an uncommon procedure that Dr H does not offer) With that being said, I've also had various encounters and consultations with other surgeons over the years and absolutely NO ONE compares to Dr Harbison's bedside manners, expertise and care that he provides. I cannot speak highly enough about him, his incredible wife who helps run the show, his extremely kind and talented staff and the beautiful practice he has created. He takes a lot of pride in what he does and truly cares about his patients. I have never felt alone or scared in my recoveries as his concern and care doesn't just end once the procedure is done. I feel indebted to this man for the confidence he has helped me obtain over the years. When it comes to cosmetic surgeries, there is NO such thing as perfect. But Dr. Harbison is the closest you will get. I'm more than a year out from my rhinoplasty, and I can say it's the best decision I ever made. Throughout the whole process, Dr. Harbison answered any questions that I had while making sure that I knew what the entire process entailed. I will say, if you want people to say "She DEFINITELY got work done" following your surgery, Dr. Harbison might not be the right fit for you. However, if you want natural results that truly fit your existing features and the shape of your face, all while addressing what you want to change, then Dr. Harbison is your guy. I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Harbison in 2021. I had been very insecure about my nose for many, many years. I did a lot of research before even scheduling a consultation. The best doctor to see for a rhinoplasty are doctors who are plastic surgeons AND ENTs. Dr. Harbison fit the bill and I decided to see him. He was extremely informative and kind during the consultation and he and his lovely staff put all my reservations at ease. I loved my results immediately after the cast was removed and with swelling present. As time went by the results only got better. He took care of all the areas of my nose that I was insecure about. He even followed up to make sure I was doing ok. He even saw me after a car accident a few years later to make sure it didn't damage anything. I openly told everyone about my rhinoplasty because I was so impressed with his work. Rhinoplasty in 2022. Dr Harbison and his team are amazing! I had a rhinoplasty surgery done in 2022 to remove a dorsal hump and graft for a bifid tip. I had honestly hated my nose my entire life and was finally in the right position to make the leap. I had so many concerns, fears, questions. It's a pretty big deal to let a stranger do surgery on your face. I interviewed two other surgeons in town and ultimately decided Dr Harbison was the most qualified (ENT, plus results on his website that I liked). In addition he was the only doctor that really took sufficient time with me to address all of my concerns and explain the whole process. My results were great. I look natural, not fake. It looks like the nose I should have had to begin with. On top of that the staff was so kind, never judgmental, just all around positive and supportive. I only wish I would have done it sooner! Dr.Harbison has sincerely changed my life through his work. Having gone in for a rhinoplasty at 19 I was very scared and uncertain. Dr.Harbison and his wife Ashely not only took so much time to discuss with me the process but also took time to get to know me as well as my ability to get to know them better. Despite my teenage self causing slight issues to my nose post rhinoplasty, Dr.Harbison supported these concerns and without fee took the time to correct these via rasping/ osteotomy. I am amazed that there is a surgeon who would take this much time and care for his patients before, during, and after surgery .
