No my teeth were not rotted . Thank the good lord . But i did have a bad infection and had to have a root canal done on one of my teeth. My daught had seen them a few years ago so . I thought. It was the same dentist. But they change . Let me tell you these people are amazing. The Doctor is the best. I no longer have a fear of going . The people that work in the office are so nice and they always greet you with a smile.

Imagine being charged for several services they didn't even do then attitude when the office has to correct it. The filling fell out the same day!?!? How is that quality work? The dentist also said I didn't need a root canal but I very clearly do and am still in pain. I definitely won't let him do it anyway! I would not let him clean my dog's teeth. They told me to contact their customer care team which never called back. I am getting a refund and you are not billing my insurance since I have to go get another dentist to fix your work.

No follow up appointment was made either. I still do not know if i have cavities. i really like this dentist and perhaps she was in a rush. But this is not acceptable especially for seniors on medications needing to monitor their dental health. My insurance paid for a service a did not fully receive. i politely called 3 times to see if the dentist would simply tell me if they found cavities. It's a month later and no response. This is unacceptable of any "professional" medical establishment.
