I felt zero pain during the procedure, and was actually kind of intrigued by the whole process. I even got to watch the machine cut out my new tooth! Hahaha. But since then, I've had some other work done there and I never feel like I'm being taken to the cleaners. It's also worth noting that he's had the exact same staff the entire five years I've been a patient. They've added a few people, but I don't think anyone has quit. No one ever seems stressed out or unhappy, which speaks volumes of the boss man, if you ask me. And the relaxed atmosphere goes a long way when you're at the dentist's office; anxiety is contagious. I went back to Miracle Smiles and retrieved my dental records, which I found a referral to have the piece of the tool removed. I WAS NEVER TOLD THIS BY THE DR. This oversight should and is being viewed as negligence. I came to this practice in a vulnerable time of need and got nothing but pain, rushed care, negligence, and now THOUSANDS more in bills to correct their mistakes.
