Dr Kelly Kim took the time to explain why my tooth cracked and what was needed to repair. I purchased an annual basic care program (as I no longer carry dentist insurance), and to repair the tooth and into a crown the overall price was very fair. My nerves are stable in everything life except for dental work. They offered relax oxygen and made room for my repair the following Monday! I did not even feel the shots to numb up my mouth and the procedure went very well. Dr Kim is a excellent dentist and her bedside manner really made me feel relaxed and I am more than pleased for their effort to prioritize my mini emergency. I feel like I finally found my local dentist that cares about people in the community and having them take the time to listen to my concerns they made me feel relaxed and fully exceeded my expectations. The office staff also works well from the initial call to the final checkout. If you are not pleased with your dentist or looking, I strongly recommend this practice. This office equipements are very old. Dr. Berrett was great and I trusted him. I don't mind going…read morethere until my most recent visit I noticed they have a new dentist Dr. Iwobho. They used AI on X-ray and told me I have 4 to 5 cavities and also told me I need to put crown on my front tooth. Fist of all, every hygienist that I worked with all said I have great dental hygene. I've kept it this way for the past 10 years. I found it hard to believe I have these many cavities when there's zero symptons. I do AI for work, and I know AI isn't 100% accurate. Dr. Iwobho gave me treatement plans without even analysing my tooth carefully. I told him I have sensitivity on the right side of my mouth. Usually a dentist will use coldness to test my teeth for liveness. But Dr. Iwobho didn't bother to do that. He asked me a few questions and told me my teeth might have been dead and I need a root canal. Secondly, all the dentists I have seen in the past have told me there's no need to put a crown on the front tooth beause, because it is not going to withstand much biting force. It seems this new dentist tries to talk me into doing something unecessary. Trusting AI at this point of time seems like a joke to me. I am going to look for a new dentist elsewhere. This place isn't trust worthy anymore.

Then I was asked to pay ahead of the treatment of course not! Luckily I didn't because after I left I received a call the same day advising we had to reschedule because of the doctor had an emergency. Okay that is understandable. However I received a call for my next appointment also stating I had to reschedule AGAIN! After that I knew this place was a joke and wasn't getting any of my money. Don't waste your time.
