John is the Real Deal. My workplace brought John and his colleague in for a staff wellness event and the 15 minutes I had with him were transformative. There are massages that feel nice. And then there are massages that are so profoundly rejuvenating that you feel as though you've had a long, luxurious nap on a tropical island. John provides the latter.
I felt a little silly for thinking this at the time, so didn't mention it out loud -- but I felt like John removed chi blockages and helped everything flow better (to the point where certain parts of my body felt physically hot for a few moments as energy was directed / redirected). I could feel the good energy in his hands and fingers. It wasn't until later, when I looked him up, that I saw he advertises as a Tai Chi practitioner, which makes perfect sense. Tai Chi can actually harm people badly if practiced incorrectly or without enough skill. John practices what his business card calls "energetic healing arts" -- and that is the plain and simple truth. His energy is healing, powerful, skillfully applied.
There's a great profile of him on this page: https://africanholistic.weebly.com/member-holistic-health-centers--affiliates.html (do a search for his name... it's a long page)
