Not being far from the textile factory converted to artist studios I decided why not check it out! There are five floors of all kinds of artists, all with very different work. The one artist who caught my attention was Ceramics by Nooshin. She had so many handmade ceramics to look at. All of the colors she used caught my attention (a very welcoming sight). There was a large display of assorted of life sized handmade ceramic flowers and leaves displayed in vases that really caught my eye. I had a chance to speak to her and she let me know they are called the flowers that never wilt! I'm a huge fan of flowers and floral art pieces. I'm always looking for unique gifts (I'm actually trying to become a better gift giver, instead of the typical gift card) and I had a wedding coming up in California. She said she could easily ship them to me. Perfect! I was very happy to have found such a nice gift for my friend. If you're in the area, definitely take advantage of the ceramic classes she offers.
