Last August they delivered the wrong window configuration for the front of the house and since then they've made six return trips to "correct" the problem. The problem is, each time they come back the new window is wrong. They've had our $18,000 since last August, They've obviously cashed the check. And we still have the wrong window. The follow up is a bunch of lame excuses and "oh we're sorry". Even after filing a complaint with the BBB, they still can't get it right.
